The apartment features a suite with a queen-size bed and a living room with a new and very comfortable sofa bed. The balcony offers an incredible view of the sea, considered the best in the city for watching the sunset.
We do not provide sheets, towels, or personal hygiene items (water, shampoo, etc.), but we do provide 4 pillows and 1 comforter. Guests must bring their own bedding: for the Queen bed (40cm high), flat sheets are preferred, and for the sofa bed, queen or king size flat sheets are also preferred.
Don't forget your bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and your sarong to enjoy the beach.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, 4 small pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge â perfect for preparing quick meals.
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea, with 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in provided by the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is distributed into a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. They can also enjoy all the building's leisure areas: a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym. The condominium has its own parking lot with valet service, insurance, and is paid separately, directly to Orlapark (it is mandatory to leave the keys). Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day.
