The apartment features a master suite with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy a beautiful balcony with ocean views. The building, located in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos, offers 24-hour security, a swimming pool, and a gym.

We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not exchange linens. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request an exchange 48 hours in advance. For 3 or 4 guests, please bring a double sheet for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and a single sheet for the mattress.

Don't forget to bring bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a sarong!

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, which includes a bedroom, living room, and kitchen, as well as all the building's leisure areas, with a panoramic swimming pool and gym.

We accept one small pet per rental, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate area. There is an additional charge of R$150.00 for the pet's presence, which must be included in the number of guests. The guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture and, if necessary, cleaning of upholstery and carpets, at a cost of R$300.00.
