Baskins Creek 210 is a luxuriously appointed condo that offers a quiet, relaxing retreat in the very heart of downtown Gatlinburg. Spend your days shopping, exploring the beauties of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and enjoying a wealth of nearby attractions, and come home to a private balcony, a gas fireplace, and shared facilities that include a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness room.



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



This elegant complex is located in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley out front and the Parkway three blocks north. You'll be an easy walk from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies (where you can explore the underwater tunnel or play in Manta Ray Bay), Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and Anakeesta (which offers over 70 acres of outdoor family fun, from ziplining to a mountain coaster). The aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, and the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park is three miles southwest. Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, renowned dinner theaters, and so much more - is eight miles north as well.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
