Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is 75 dollars per pet with a 70 pound maximum.

The Max is a completely private house. You will not share any walls or amenities with other guests. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in may be available for a fee.

The Neighborhood:

You’re staying in the Historic District in a home that was originally built in 1926. Located just 3 mins from Markplatz (9 min walk) and jsut 3 blocks from Main St, you're in the perfect location to experience all that Fredericksburg has to offer. The Max is on a quiet neighborhood street offering a peaceful getaway, but just a 9 minute walk to our favorite local coffee shop, Caliche Coffee and the best spicy margaritas in town at Hondo's on Main.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from The Max. You’re staying in Fredericksburg’s Historic District in a 1926 bungalow on a quiet neighborhood street, just 3 minutes by car (about a 9 minute walk) to the heart of town (Marktplatz) and only three blocks from Main Street. Park in your dedicated on site parking, then leave the car and enjoy a relaxed stroll into town for dining, shopping, and exploring everything Fredericksburg has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

- Early Check-in: An early check-in may be possible for an additional fee, but it is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Please inquire before your stay.

- Pets: If you plan to bring your furry friend, please ensure the pet is noted on your reservation.

- Privacy & Security: The Max is a completely private guesthouse. For your safety, the property is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher. For added security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.



There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum $250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless, contactless self check-in process. The Max is a completely private guesthouse, so you can enjoy your getaway without interruption. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist via the app or phone should you need anything at all.
