Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing Lucky Savannah for your family’s vacation. We are glad you enjoyed the home’s spacious kitchen, pool, and backyard amenities, and that our team was available to assist when needed. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. The items mentioned regarding the door codes, televisions, and upstairs shower have been addressed, and we have shared your feedback about the living room seating with the owner for consideration. We also appreciate the opportunity to clarify the home’s location. The property offers a residential setting within walking distance of several nearby attractions, and we work to communicate its location clearly through the listing details and map placement so guests can make the best choice for their stay. We understand that preferences for walking versus driving into the historic district can vary, and we encourage guests to review these details when planning their visit. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experiences, and we appreciate you recognizing both the home’s amenities and the assistance provided by our team. The Lucky Team

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We are so glad Savannah Getaway was a great fit for your girlfriends’ reunion and that you enjoyed the home’s vibe, artwork, comfortable beds, and especially the pool for relaxing after exploring the city. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such helpful suggestions as well. Based on your feedback, we have already updated several items at the home, including changing the dining room bulbs so the lighting is softer and installing a dimmer for added comfort. We also added a privacy door for the main bedroom bathroom and purchased new baking sheets for the kitchen per your suggestion. Thank you again for these valuable recommendations. Guest feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for future stays. We are grateful you chose to stay with us and hope to host you again for your next reunion! The Lucky Team

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re very glad to hear that the home was beautiful, matched the bride’s style, and that you enjoyed the location, parking, pool, and open kitchen layout—especially for such an important occasion. That said, we are truly sorry for the number of issues you experienced during your stay. The problems you described with the refrigerators/freezers, lack of timely response to your message, bathroom water temperature, bunk room comfort, and smoke alarm are all very concerning and not reflective of the experience we aim to provide. We completely understand how disruptive and stressful this would have been, especially with specific needs such as storing breast milk and accommodating a large group. We also appreciate you noting where our team did respond, but we recognize there were gaps in communication and maintenance support that should not have occurred. Your feedback is being shared with our team so we can investigate these issues thoroughly and address both the equipment performance and our response procedures. We sincerely regret that these problems impacted what should have been a very special stay, and we appreciate you bringing everything to our attention so we can improve. The Lucky Team

We’re also so glad our team’s responsiveness helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing Lucky Savannah.
