House was well suited for a girls weekend. Lots of room, and clean. Beds were comfortable, check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. Close proximity to downtown area. Would definitely stay here again. Parking directly out front.

Sounds like the perfect setup for a girls’ weekend in Savannah! We’re so happy you had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and an easy check-in and checkout from start to finish. The property is spacious and the decor is cool. The check-in and checkout process was easy. However the downstairs bathroom is very poor. The mirror is hung so high, we could only see our foreheads and above. There is only one outlet in the bedroom with the 2 double beds. There is a huge mirror in there but no outlet close enough to do hair in the bedroom either. Also, the vanities in all the bathrooms were pretty worn out and had no toilet paper holders. There is also nowhere to put soap and shampoo in the basement shower. However the location is fantastic and it wouldn’t take too much effort to correct these things. We enjoyed our trip to Savannah very much. Thank you.

The property was charming, even more so than expected from the description. The building’s interior architecture was fascinating and beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was hotel comparable. The kitchen and living area were able to comfortably accommodate our party of six. There was also a bed for each of us without using bunks or sofa beds. The location was walkable to Forsyth park, Mercer house, Kroger grocery store and numerous restaurants.

Great space for our family time together. The living space was so spacious and allowed us to just sit annd hang out and also play cards at the table. Location was convenient and helpful to have easy parking. Some suggestions:- bathrooms have no shelves or places to put toiletries and counter space is small. Would be helpful to put in a little something in bathroom downstairs. - light switches are hard to find in many places. Some directions and labels would be so helpful.

Comforters on beds were dusty and had bad odor. There was hand washing soap with water mixed. The swimming pool was not on the property and never got chance to enjoy it. Some of electric outlets did not worked. I notified the host and never been fixed. Laundry washer was very dirty. Water in the sinks did not drain properly. I addressed to the host and never fixed. AC did not cool down rooms temperature and had to use fans at night time. We did not like this property overall.

We're sorry to hear the stay didn't meet expectations, and we appreciate you laying out each issue. On the comforters — we wish we'd known during your stay, as we would've loved the chance to check and swap them out. They are laundered after every stay. For the pool, that's located elsewhere on Tybee Island rather than on-site, which we do note in the listing — sorry if that wasn't clear going in. We did receive word about the sink drainage and the outlets, and we're sorry those weren't resolved in time to make a difference during your stay — we're following up on both. The washer is cleaned after each stay, so we weren't aware of that concern, but we'll take a closer look. We appreciate the feedback to help us do better.

Great family space

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spaces, older kids camped out with the pool table and the adults loved the kitchen space and comfy couches in the living room. Good location for a large group with parking and access to Forsyth Park.

Great House

This is a great house in a nice neighborhood. It is close to downtown Savannah, River Street and the beautiful Forsyth Park. This house is great for hosting a small family gathering.

We had a horrible stay because of a sewage smell in the upstairs. We ended up leaving one night early because the was too overpowering.

We’re sorry to hear that you noticed what you described as an odor during your stay, and we understand how concerning that must have felt. When you notified us, we promptly sent our technician to the home to investigate. At that time, they were unable to locate or replicate any sewage smell. We also offered to have a licensed plumber come out to further inspect the plumbing system and check for any potential issues, but that visit was declined. After your departure, we conducted additional checks and still were not able to detect any odor. That said, we never want a guest to feel uncomfortable in the home, and we’re truly sorry that your experience led you to leave early. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
