Perfect location to walk everywhere and very pet friendly area (and condo). The accommodations worked very well for 2 adults and one dog. The management company was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a large truck so parking under the building was not possible, but managed with available parking in the area. Only one comment is that the condo is a little dated, furniture a bit worn and kitchen faucet needs repair. Otherwise, it was a great vacation spot and we would use the management company again.

Wonderful place! It was unseasonable hot while we were there and a lot of properties don't have air conditioning, I understand that. There were fans and we opened the windows. IT was a bit warm in the condo during the day but cooled off at night. The flowers were very pretty

I would like to express that the location of rental is the best…such easy access to downtown Aspen and walking one’s dog. It is a nice rental and the concierge was very easy to get a hold of to ask questions and was extremely polite. I just have to mention a couple of things. The kitchen spout and the sink handles in the bathrooms need an update. I thought the kitchen sink spout was going to break and the left sink handle in the king bedroom is so close to hitting the wall when one tries to turn off the hot water that one thinks they may not be able to turn it off at some point. In that same bathroom one of the lights flickers on and off. Lastly when loading the dishwasher (as it got fuller) it felt like the glass holder was going to fall off. We had plenty of towels and the unit was clean when we arrived. Hope those few things can be updated.

The location of this place was tough to beat. We walked out our door and went on the most beautiful walks. The walkability was amazing! So close to shopping, bars, restaurants and Ajax ski hill. Our dog was very happy here!

I love “old” but not “in disrepair”. It IS in a great location, and the property mgt company IS very responsive, and it WAS very clean except for the fact that previous renters left a tray of greasy crumbs in the oven which indicates that the housecleaning crew never even opened the oven to clean it. Other problems that need to be addressed: Electrical: Flickering lights in both bathrooms (very annoying, like strobe lights!) and one bedroom. Had to access fuse box on two separate nights to turn lights back on in back bedrooms (Fri evening @ 10 pm) and living room area including TV (Sunday evening @ 8 pm). No, we did not stress the electrical system in any way. Only two women 77 and 37 using as few outlets as possible since our first night’s experience scared us wondering if we might cause an electrical fire. Icemaker and water dispenser on refrigerator not working. Main kitchen sink faucet about to fall apart (very loose and wobbly). Dishwasher falls forward when loading or unloading, so we pointed it out to the man who delivered some firewood to us on Sunday evening (because there was no firewood in the garage area as promised) and he said that it looked as if the dishwasher needed some missing screws on the sides. Mattresses on double & king beds need to be replaced (bad pressure points and sagging areas). Rusty waste cans staining the beautiful white marble bathroom floor! Get ones that don’t rust! Screens are ripped and torn on windows. Master shower handle falling apart.

This property is right in the middle of everything. It’s easy to walk to the lifts, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back.
