Beautiful condo in a perfect location

This is a beautifully refinished condo in a perfect location in Aspen. The finishes, spaces, light and views are all top notch. Stocked with everything you could need and well managed by the owner. Our stay could not have been better or easier.

Amazing again

This is our second stay at this awesome high end 2BR condo right in the heart of Aspen. Really modern and fully equipped down to every detail. Also great views-decent pool and jaccuzzi as well. We'll be back.

Everything about Kathy’s home is perfect. From the incredible location, beautiful artwork, decor and furnishings to the comfort and amenities through her home, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and fun weekend in Aspen. This location is wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed our week stay. It is spacious with a spectacular view. We were happy to climb the steps to get to the unit. The stairs are the only drawback if someone has difficulty. I give this location an A+ and look forward to another stay

Amazing Property and Host!

Spectacularly renovated condo with top-tier quality finishes located in a superb location on Aspen mountain! The unit also has beautiful views overlooking the roaring fork valley and town. Kathy is a wonderful and responsive host as well!

Spectacular condominium

This property fulfilled every expectation I could have had in a rental property; it felt like a warm, comfortable, beautiful home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and in fact, that is my hope for next year. I don't need to look for another place, this is it.

Amazing Experience at Durant Condominiums

My wife and stayed at this two-bedroom condo at Durant Condominiums on South Galena in Aspen. The condo had just been renovated and I believe we were the first renters post-reno. The interior design and general feel of the place was fantastic. Light and airy, with a modern contemporary style. Comfortable furniture, great WiFi, printer and scanner, nice TV with appletv in the living room. Kitchen was very nice as well with great new appliances and and all of the utensils you would need. The owner was the person I dealt with (not a property manager) and she was delightful, responsive, flexible, and very nice. We could not have asked for a better counterpart for this transaction/stay. The window in the living room/kitchen area is floor to ceiling, and slides open so that you can have an opening that is 10'-12', which is really amazing. The views of Smuggler Mtn and over the top of the Aspen core are priceless. The air conditioning worked very well too. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone that needs only one or two bedrooms. The only potential negative is that you have to walk up the hill on South Galena about 100-150 yards to get to the building, and then up a few flights of stairs to get to the condo-- but this is what enables you to have this amazing view. My wife and I did not have any issue with it but some might. Love this place!!!

We fell in love the minute that we walked in. Modern and chic in every detail with a jaw dropping view and big slider doors to let the outside in. Ski in-out on Aspen Mountain. Great location, close to all that town has to offer.
