The Space:

Step inside and enjoy a bright entryway designed for adventurers, complete with a mural gear wall, boot/glove dryer, and a full laundry room to keep things easy during your stay.

The heart of the home is the open kitchen, dining, and living area overlooking beautiful Blueberry Creek. The kitchen is newly renovated with high‑end Cafe and Bosch appliances, quality cookware, and all the extras, KitchenAid mixer, waffle maker, blender, and more.

Coffee lovers will enjoy multiple brew options with local whole‑bean coffee, and we also provide a selection of teas, hot chocolate, creamers, and sweeteners.

Relax in the living room by the gas fireplace on plush leather sofas, enjoy streaming your favorite shows, or play Nintendo Switch and classic board games. Stargazers will love the telescope and binoculars for aurora viewing in winter.

All three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with luxury Helix mattresses, Parachute bedding, blackout blinds and curtains, and plenty of storage. Bathrooms include plush towels, quality bath products, and upstairs you’ll find a deep soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Outside is the true highlight—a brand‑new 5‑person hot tub just steps across a small bridge beside the creek. Wrap up in a cozy robe, listen to the water flowing, and take in the forest views or even the northern lights. The master balcony offers Adirondack chairs and space for morning yoga, with mats and props provided.

Traveling with family? We provide a Pack 'n Play and a high chair for your convenience. For evening entertainment, everyone can enjoy the included Nintendo Switch.

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire main home. Please note that guests will not have access to the garage or the small apartment located above the garage.

There are No Pets allowed in the home
No smoking (including marijuana) or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises
There are no parties or large gatherings/events permitted on the premises
At no time shall there be more than 12 people in the home without prior approval
No unregistered guests are permitted overnight
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

**Owner's Apartment:** There is a small apartment above the garage that is sometimes used by the owners. The two living spaces have separate exterior entrances and are not connected internally.

**Security:** For your safety and security, the property is monitored by an exterior security camera at the front door.

If any guest at the property will be accompanied by a service animal, we will need to know the work or task the service animal has been trained to perform and for which guest prior to arrival. At no time shall service animals be left alone in the unit.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property Damage Insurance: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
