Rental includes top two floors of house. Rental space has its own entrance, parking space, and three balconies. Master suite contains king bed, private bathroom and tub, balcony. Second bedroom has two twin beds, and third bedroom has twin bunk beds. Plenty of space for six people, including full kitchen with range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and open dining room and living room. BBQ grill on the big balcony.
(Guests can fill propane tank at Mercantile just minutes away or at gas station; propane is not included.)

Gorgeous views of the mountains and adjacent to Girdwood park land for the feeling that you are nestled in the woods, yet plenty of southern exposure including the entire front balcony. Just a few minutes drive from ski resort.

This home sits on the end of a residential street. A long-term tenant occupies the ground floor apartment and uses the parking space on the left as you pull up to the house. Tenant has separate entrance and completely separate living area.

If you are looking for nice accommodations in a beautiful location this place is perfect for your family or friends to gather. Please note, although the apartment is spacious, the limit is six guests (children under 2 yrs. old in addition to the six guests are welcome). The home is not new construction, and although we have done some remodeling everything is not brand new. Please take a look at our photos, they are recent and should give you a good idea of the rental.

NO PARTIES, we are in a residential neighborhood (and have a downstairs tenant). Sorry, pets are not allowed in the house or entryway at all even if they are well-trained (due to allergies). Thank you for your consideration and enjoy your time in Girdwood, Alaska.
