Kenneth Manor is a one-of-a-kind Savannah retreat featuring three beautifully designed private living spaces on one exclusive property: the Main House first floor, Main House second floor, and a newly built detached Carriage House.

With 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 5 King beds and 1 Queen bed, the property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for families, couples, wedding groups and friends traveling together.

Each space has its own living room, full kitchen and laundry, allowing different families or couples to enjoy their own morning routines and downtime—while still being just steps away from everyone else.



🏡 THE HISTORIC MAIN HOUSE

Filled with Savannah character, the beautifully restored Main House offers two separate levels connected by an interior staircase.

The main floor features 2 King bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it especially convenient for grandparents, couples or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and everything needed to settle in and feel at home.

Upstairs, your group will find additional bedrooms, bathrooms, another full kitchen, living room and laundry—creating a second private living space within the historic home.

Doors between the levels can be locked for additional privacy when desired.

Just steps from the Main House, the newly built detached Carriage House gives part of your group an entirely separate retreat of their own.

Bright, modern and beautifully designed, it features its own bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry.

It's an ideal setup for grandparents, another family, couples or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy while still vacationing together.

The main floor and upper floor share a welcoming front foyer and are connected by an interior staircase. Each level also features a lockable interior door, allowing additional privacy whenever desired.



The Modern Carriage House:

* 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen)

* 2 private ensuite bathrooms upstairs

* Main floor powder room

* Fully equipped kitchen

* Comfortable living room

* Washer & dryer

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, rear entrance, and parking areas. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any of the homes.
