Your Own 25 ft Private Dock — Direct Canal Access

The standout feature is the home's 25 ft private dock with direct access to the canal — ideal if you're bringing your own boat or renting one locally. You can reach open water quickly to enjoy world-class fishing, snorkeling, and exploring the Keys by water. Please note the dock does not have water or electric hookups.

For anglers, the home includes a bait freezer and dedicated trailer parking — a rare, practical combination that makes bringing your boat effortless.

Exclusive Access to The Cabana Club

As our guest, you'll enjoy access to The Cabana Club, a private oceanfront facility with a heated pool, private beach, lounge seating, and dining and bar service — a favorite way to end a day on the water. (We'll simply need your party's names and headcount before arrival to register you for smooth entry.)

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect — spotless, comfortable, beautifully located, and very well equipped. It was warm and welcoming, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.I felt at home within minutes of arriving, which is something I really appreciated. Alex was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.Everything was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great week in Key Colony Beach. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Had fun taking the kayaks up the canal. Even spotted some manatees! Alex was very easy to work with. Would definitely come back.

This property has been recently renovated and a lot of the furniture is new. The beds were very good. When we arrived the place was very clean. There were kayaks with life preservers, bicycles and four beach chairs for tenants’ use.We had trouble with the microwave and could never get the dining room light or the porch light to work. The day we left it became obvious that the microwave problem was the door latch. Never did figure out the dining room light or the porch light. The property needed lamps in the living room and dining room areas.
