Relax in this peaceful 2/2 with incredible ocean and sunset views!
Welcome to Sunset Paradise!

Not 1 but 2 spacious and comfortably furnished decks with a water view. Everything located right on the waterway, complete with a private 40 ft boat dock.

Unique Fun room with a big screen TV, games, entertainment and exercise area downstairs! (There’s even a NordicTrac!) with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Perfect for the kids!

Outside downstairs you have two kayaks, a paddle board, a massive, shaded porch with lounging chairs for napping and even a hammock.

Upstairs features another huge patio with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. Master Bedroom has a king bed, the guest Bedroom is a queen bed. There are 4 TV's and High-Speed Wireless Internet included. Interior is perfectly pristine. Great kitchen area with great cookware, also includes a water view.

Upstairs porch is also fully shaded with extra outdoor dining area, lounging chairs, and more seating to enjoy your water view all day long!

Probably the most peaceful, breathtaking and relaxing spot you’ll find in the Keys.

Key Colony Stay

We spent 7 days in the home. The house was beautiful. Loved being on the canal. The upstairs patio was great for relaxing, and it offers 2 Ceiling fans to move air. The breeze off the canal is heavenly. The street was quiet and relaxing. The house was well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The down stairs offers a nice place to relax and if you had children a good place for them to get away! The house offers two fully furnace kitchens. You could use the down stairs kitchen to entertain and the produced grill is just outside the door. One thing to note is that the only bedrooms are upstairs and it is not wheelchair accessible. This was not an issue for us but may be for another family.

Loved my Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this property to anyone, but if you have a family it's perfect. The bedrooms are nice and they all have there own bathrooms attached. Each side of the house has 2 bedrooms so you can definitely have 2 families staying there. The property management team was really responsive and professional. I will definitely rent from them again as well as rent the Bermuda property.

GREAT HOME IN PALM DESERT

THE FAMILY ROOM TV IS 20 YRS OLD HAS ALOT OF GLARE FROM THE WINDOWS.SOME TIMES THE PICTURE HAS BLOCKS OF SQUARES IN THE PICTURE WHICH INDICATES THE PICTURE IS GOING OUT.OTHER THAN THAT WE WOULD STAY THER AGAIN.
