Welcome to Sunset Paradise!
Not 1 but 2 spacious and comfortably furnished decks with a water view. Everything located right on the waterway, complete with a private 40 ft boat dock.
Unique Fun room with a big screen TV, games, entertainment and exercise area downstairs! (Thereâs even a NordicTrac!) with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Perfect for the kids!
Outside downstairs you have two kayaks, a paddle board, a massive, shaded porch with lounging chairs for napping and even a hammock.
Upstairs features another huge patio with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. Master Bedroom has a king bed, the guest Bedroom is a queen bed. There are 4 TV's and High-Speed Wireless Internet included. Interior is perfectly pristine. Great kitchen area with great cookware, also includes a water view.
Upstairs porch is also fully shaded with extra outdoor dining area, lounging chairs, and more seating to enjoy your water view all day long!
Probably the most peaceful, breathtaking and relaxing spot youâll find in the Keys.
