The Palm was great!!! Everything from inside to out was very well maintained and decorated. The location was perfect and left nothing to be desired! Additionally Britney from the property management company was wonderful. We had a small issue and the response was immediate with the issue being resolved within the hour! We will definitely be back next year!

Our family of grandparents, son, daughter in law and 2 toddlers had a wonderful stay in this open airy home. The furniture is high quality, the pool, while very salty, was clean and relaxing at all hours, and the kitchen had great equipment, including Green Pan cookware and plenty of reusable Snapware containers to help avoid single use plastic. Full sized washer and dryer, beach towels and equipment included. The house landscaping was beautiful and private and we were visited daily by a nice variety of birds, rabbits and lizards. Finally, the location is a block and a half from St. Armand’s Circle and also from North Lido Key beach, which featured turtle nests and protected bird nesting areas. Overall, a fantastic week at the Palm!

The property is beautiful, clean, safe within and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We had an issue with the pool alarm and they came out right away and fixed it.Definitely luxury living. My only wish is they had better umbrellas, and beach chairs for the beach. Our umbrella kept blowing away because it lacked a screw in base and it wasn’t adjustable, and two of the beach chairs were broken. Those were small things to deal with. We would definitely return.

The Palm was very nicely presented, with comfortable beds and well equiped and furnished. The living area was particularly spacious and opened onto the pool which was compact but a good depth. We would definately come back again.
