Private Villa steps to Lido Beach

Beautiful private villa located across the street from Lido Beach and a 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Villa has private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Inside there is a Master bedroom with King size bed, tv and large closet. The second room is an office/den and can sleep 2 additional adults or 3 children. The living room has 60" TV new couch and love seat, bright beach feel. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would have in the comforts of your own home. Full cable and wifi included. The villa also comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and mini cooler for the beach.

Great place

Amazing! So close to the beach and walkable to St Armands. Heidi and Jerry are great hosts and so easy to communicate with. It was excellent and am already looking at going back!

Wonderful

Enjoyed a week at this wonderful rental. It is clean, well equipped and the outdoor space is perfect. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to returning. Great hosts!

Great time in Sarasota

Heidi and Jerry are wonderful hosts - we were in touch before our arrival and during our stay. The location is perfect - a short walk to beautiful Sarasota beach, and the villa is spacious and sunny with a very private and pleasant courtyard. The bed is comfortable. Loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Excellent property - wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Lido Key area, our favorite place to visit! Property was perfect for our family - clean, close to the beach, and short walking distance from St. Armands Circle. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

Great location

We stayed at this property to get some vacation time in while also visiting family and it was fantastic. The property is in a great location, exactly as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and easy going. It seems that everyone who stays here has a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on our future trips down to Sarasota.

Lido Beach Villa

We stayed here for 4 nights and it felt like home. The Villa is spacious with everything you need. The beach is a block away and St Armands Circle only a short walk. We did not need a car. Heidi and Jerry have done an amazing job. We will definitely come back.

Great Location and Customer Sey

We had a wonderful time and the location perfect. It's a short walk to the beach a short drive to sailing camp at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. The property has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. Villa had everything needed for a great beach day! Easy check-in & very helpful/responsive owners. We had a great time!!

Hosts had great communication throughout the stay. Very clean. Nice patio. Really liked the outdoor shower to get sand off before going inside. Beds very comfortable. Walk to the beach was a bit longer only because the closer beach entry was baracaded by the city. Kitchen had everything you would need except a pizza cutter (or I couldn't find it). Wasn't preparing anything other than a frozen pizza after 1200 miles. Be sure to ask for the Harry Potter wand to turn kitchen light on..lol. Wasn't really an issue because we made very simple meals every night, but there were no empty cabinets or pantry to put groceries. We just put them on the counter. Not a big deal but if you plan on cooking bigger meals or staying more than a few nights, space would be helpful. If we ever go back to Sarasota, this will be the place we stay at.

Well appointed and great location

Well kept and nicely updated apartment. Private courtyard and one block from beach. We are swimmers and the Lido Beach outdoor lap pool is only two blocks away. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Wedding Weekend

This was a fantastic spot to stay. Owners went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and patient with us. They even gave us a wedding gift for our daughter when they found out it was her wedding weekend. Beautiful place. Close to beach. We will definitely stay here again. You should too.

Best VRBO ever!

Probably our best VRBO experience yet! Jerry and Heidi are the best! Super friendly and helpful. Very understanding about the crazy travel challenges we encountered. The property was perfect, clean, updated, and comfortable. Well stocked, including complimentary beach gear and bikes. Excellent patio, large and private, with a nice grill. Convenient location, just a quick walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lido is the best beach we've seen on the US Mainland. If we find ourselves back in Sarasota, we'll stay here again for sure.

Fantastic location and communication

My parents live in downtown Sarasota so I visit often, but usually by myself. This time my husband and daughter were with me so we needed a little more space. This rental worked out perfectly as it’s a short drive to downtown, and even shorter drive or walk to St. Armand’s Circle, which allowed all of us to go our separate ways when needed. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending time there when we weren’t out and about. We hope to stay there again when visiting.

Wonderful stay full of memories

We enjoyed our stay so much! It's a wonderful place with great owners. Heidi and Jerry are so friendly and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed and were easily available if anything were to come up. This trip was full of memories starting with us getting engaged at sunset on the beach followed by walks to the circle, fishing and reading at the beach, and relaxing in the private patio area. During the pandemic, this place offered the perfect amount of privacy, comfort, and relaxation. Plenty of space for the two of us and would be perfect for a small family or a few close friends too. Definitely able to feel distanced from crowds if that's what you're looking for. It's a great location to pack up and walk to the beach or explore all of the nearby attractions. We couldn't be happier and would stay at this villa again in a heartbeat.

Relax on Lido Key

Property was great as were the hosts. It is .5 miles to St. Armand's Circle and just across the street from Lido Key Beach.A wonderful week in the sun.

We loved our villa. It was the perfect way to spend our 38th wedding anniversary. The privacy was great! The villa was so well equipped. Our hosts were so warm and friendly.

Absolutely Amazing place

Place is absolutely amazing! It had everything you need and I felt at home. Owners were great and I’m definitely coming back 100% Loved that it was a 4 minute walk to the beach
