The Space:

This is a magnificent home! Upon entering, you will find the space large but welcoming and comfortable. The middle level is where you enter and this level has 2 en suite bedrooms and the library. This level is also where you will find the mud room and the gym. Going upstairs, you will find the great room with the kitchen area, breakfast nook, dining area, and the upper patio which features a grill and a smoker and it also has heat fans. The upper level features 4 en suite king bedrooms and gains access to the roof top hot tub and cold plunge with incredible views of AJAX. The lower level features 2 bunk bedroom and the ADU suite with one queen bedroom and a living room and kitchen. The lower level is the level with the majority of the house's great amenities! We have a movie theater, pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, a play room with a ping pong table, a kitchen, a full bar, and a pizza over, nacho cheese machine, cotton candy maker, and more!



Guest Access:

There is a 2 car garage and a large driveway that can fit 3-5 vehicles and guests may enter through the garage or through the front door!

The house is located at the top of a private road!



Getting Around:

You can walk downtown in 5-10 minutes depending on your speed. The house is walkable, but you can also use the downtowner app for $5 rides to town.
