*Before each stay there is a very thorough deep clean done of the home.

*Each room has a steamer or an iron for your clothes.

*Each bathroom has two rolls of toilet paper. One already on the stand and another under the sink, also with an extra trash bag.

Kitchen
*There are enough plates, cups, and cutlery for 12ppl.

Microwave | Air Fryer Combo:
*There is a microwave | air fryer combo with instructions booklet in the cabinet drawer below. The blackish gray circular grill tray/pan can't be used during microwave use and only used on the convection-air fry setting. It also must always be placed on the grill rack with the three prong legs. The grill rack must be placed on the glass rotating disk. Again they can only be used in convection oven or air-fryer mode.

Refrigerator:
*Please don't overstuff the refrigerator as it will limit the airflow of the vents and your groceries won't chill properly.

Remotes:
*Please place remotes back on the wall mounts in the room that that they were in when you checked in.

Washer & Dryer:
*There are detergent packs by the pool towels for the washing machine. Free and clear if you are allergic to fabric softener and regular with fabric softener included if needed to wash your pool towels. Please always clear the lint trap after each drying.

Trash Rubbish:
*Trash & recycling bins (which are labeled accordingly) are located on the side of the house. We have a service that brings the trash to the front of the house on Monday's and Thursday's.

Pool Cleaning:
*The pool cleaner comes once a week and may come during your stay. Please let them clean the pool so that you can continue to have a pleasant experience using the pool.

*If anything gets broken please photograph and take video then reach out to me immediately via the app and or call me for emergencies.

*If there is a medical emergency please call 911.
