>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>Pool Rules: No one under 10 years old at pool unless adult is present and must wear life preservers

PETS

>$250 fine if pets are brought into the home

GRILL
>We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays
