"Chateau Relaxo" est un condo de fin d'unité situé au dernier étage qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes à Atlantic Beach. L'unité est située dans la communauté sonore de Bogue Shores Suites. Avec un accès facile à l'océan directement de l'autre côté de la rue et la voie navigable Inter-côtière dans l'arrière-cour du complexe, ce condo ne vous décevra pas. Les journées au "Chateau Relaxo" peuvent être passées à pêcher sur la plage, lire et construire des châteaux de sable ou à la piscine communautaire qui est l'une des plus grandes de l'île. Les soirées se transforment en grillades communes avec une boisson fraîche et une belle vue sonore.

La salle de bain rénovée du condo a une douche en coin avec vanité / évier pleine grandeur. Il comporte également un nouveau matelas King avec matelas à plateau-coussin et est équipé d'un tout nouveau téléviseur Smart TV Vizio de 50 pouces, d'une cuisinière à deux brûleurs, d'un four grille-pain et d'un coin repas. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont des comptoirs en granit partout. Sleeper Sofa se transforme en un lit Queen avec matelas pour les invités supplémentaires si nécessaire.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It’s very up-to-date with beautiful furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We loved having the pool nearby and pier out back. The owner was very easy to communicate with & quick to respond when I had a question before our trip. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for anyone!

Me and my partner had a great experience. First time booking and going on vacation together. The owners made it perfect! Place was very clean, full of supplies, and perfect location. Was maybe a 2 minute walk across the street right to the beach, and the room is located right at the of the steps making it amazing for packing stuff in/out of the room. Only downside is we weren't able to use the pool, however everything else was amazing! Beach wasn't packed at all either, lots of restaurants located nearby and everyone was friendly! Will definitely book again!!

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was comfortable for four people. Everything you need is provided. Close to shops and restaurants and easy access to the beach. We loved the community of Bogue Shores, and the large pool! Everyone was so friendly. We would stay again for sure!

Great getaway

Great access to the sound and the beach. Able to do a little fishing and crabbing off the boat docks on the sound side. Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was perfect with plenty of space, chairs always available. Property manager Shelia and Wes were amazing, friendly and helpful. Room itself was perfect. Nice to find a king size bed. Plenty of kitchen appliances to be able to cook in the room. Beautiful touches such as granite and beautiful accessories.

Amazingly Beautiful Little Condo

This rental was perfect in every way. We were able to book the exact dates we wanted at a reasonable price. The room is beautifully decorated and so clean! The beds were both very comfortable, the furniture was nicely set up to allow free movement through the room even when sofa bed was pulled out. Easy to make meals in the kitchen. We loved the room and the pool was so clean and cool and plenty of room for everyone. There was even a baby pool area. I cannot thank the owners enough for making this unit available. Pure perfection for our little vacation away from home. Will definitely keep in mind if we need another trip to the beach!

Multiple issues on arrival with cleanliness of the condo. Sheets had not been changed and were full of sand and hair. The mattress cover was stained and filthy. Unsanitary items were left in the bathroom (bag full of old razors and denture paste), trash had not been emptied, and there was a dead smashed roach on kitchen counter. There was only one set of towels and they were very small, like for a small child. I would bring your own. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the host was very nice and responsive. She came to the condo and changed the sheets and left us 60 to compensate us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the cleaning crew is not doing their job. I hope they can rectify the issues. The property is a short walk to the beach and otherwise we had a nice weekend. It is definitely small and would not recommend more than 2 people with the tight space.

Modified Anniversary weekend during the Pandemic

We planned to stay here sans kids, but the pandemic changed our babysitter's plans, so we ended up taking them. It was fine for our small family. The location was great with a walkway to the beach directly across from the property, and the sound is right behind it. The unit was on the upper corner of the two story building which was great. It was close the parking lot, and facing the gigantic pool. The pool wasn't heated, but the kids still loved swimming in it. The unit was clean, and updated. Our only complaints were that the bathroom door squeaked (we bought a can of WD-40 to solve that), the fire alarm was in the kitchen and was easily set off when cooking, and the frying pans were thin so food tended to burned (I'd recommend bring your own frying pan). Other than that, we loved it, and would definitely stay again.

Very clean with comfy bed

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There were a few minor annoyances which hopefully will be resolved. The lockbox could not be opened even though we had the correct code. The maintenance guy came to help us get in though. The key would barely open the door. I'm not exaggerating. My fiance had to work for about 5 minutes to get the key to turn. The smoke alarm kept going off whenever we cooked something on the stove (just normal cooking). Smoke alarm even went off from using the toaster oven. We also had some trouble with the wifi and tv. All in all, we had a good time but when you add up all these minor annoyances, that did take too much time away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.

Sinking Bed in a great area

Pros: The location is nice. Not to crowded. Swimming Pool outside of your door. Beach not far. You need a car for sure. Cons: We checked in about 1030pm. The lockbox can be a bit of a challenge as it does not open with ease. It was not adequately stocked with basics. For example, there were no extra rolls of toilet paper anywhere considering the amount of days we were booked (4 nights) 1/2 roll and one new. The BED!! Ugh- could be a cute place BUT the bed LITERALLY dips and caves in in the middle. We slept on extreme ends of the bed just for some kind of “balance”. Because of that, I could see a sock or some undefined article on the side of the bed. Definitely not mine! The owner should replace the mattress immediately to update the place. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. Long Hair in sink and I have SHORT hair. Also found a long hair in freezer. This place could be a diamond in the rough if it gets a fresh coat of paint, updated bed and a better more detailed cleaning team.

Thanks for the review Elise. We did check out the bed after a future renter let us know about the issue. The actual bed frame had been broken. We replaced it. Painters are scheduled for October for the annual repaint! Hope to have you back next year!

Great pool and location

We love the location to the beach and the pool is excellent. The property maintenance man Wes is fantastic. He does an amazing job and keeping up the property. Property manager was easy to contact and had Wes fix the loud vibration to the air conditioner immediately. We then hit the beach. The cleaning person whoever they are could do better. A reclean was offered but we were already settled in with all our stuff. I took care of the issue at hand at the time. The king bed has a large sink hole in the middle. A soft bed is nice but the divit in the middle is not. The pull out sofa bed also sank at the end and the only saving grace for that mattress was the memory foam topper. Doesn't exactly look like the listing pics anymore as the couch is getting stained and worn.

Great place for weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach was a nice short walk away. There were plenty of good places to eat less than 15 minutes away. Food lion and Lowe's foods were also close by. The kitchen area was great for breakfast and lunch prep but we didn't try to cook dinner due to logistics of dishes. There is decent storage for a few personal cookware items and storage for groceries and beach stuff. The bathroom was a great size with good water pressure for the shower. The sofa was comfortable but we didn't try the pullout bed. We loved sleeping in the king bed! The mattress was soft and felt like sleeping on a giant pillow. If you need a firm bed to sleep in, I would NOT recommend this bed. There were only a few negatives for this place and they are minor. It may not comfortably sleep more than 2 people if the pull out bed is used because a lot of the space for this place comes from the open living area. The AC unit is rather loud so light sleepers may not find it easy to get good rest. Since the AC unit is at the front of the condo, the bathroom will get rather warm if the door is kept closed for a while. Overall we loved our stay and are considering coming back to it again some time! Thanks for making our beach vacation a wonderfully relaxed and stress free trip!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Bogue Shores Suites. The facility is clean, well maintained and family friendly. The community offers a large pool and a small kiddie pool in addition to a gazebo, grills, and porch swings to watch the boats go by. There is plenty of open grass areas for family corn hole tournaments.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property has a boat ramp. You will have to pay 150.00 per week in advance to use the ramp but you will love not having to wait in line at the local boat ramps. Payments and arrangements have to be made with owner prior to arrival. Also, must bring proof of boat insurance.

This facility also has room for your kayaks and bikes. And, if you dont have a bike, dont worry! There are bike rental companies located just a couple of miles from this facility.
