Charming small condo at Bogue Shores with nice pool & just steps to the ocean!

Located in Atlantic Beach, this small and sweet condo is a vacation get-a-way you will want to return to year after year. With a cozy open concept Living room, bedroom and kitchen area that is just right for a couple or a couple with children. Featuring a queen bed and a lovely living room with a queen sofa bed, guests will find this property to be a soothing retreat. This unit has been totally updated and has nice new furnishings to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The Inner Coastal Waterway is located behind the facility where you can access the grills, picnic tables and gazebo for late afternoon relaxing or cooking your catch of the day. There is a dock area you can use for fishing as well. The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street and is less than a five minute walk from this unit. And to add to all of this, Bogue Shores has one of the largest and cleanest pools on the island. In addition, there is a cute baby pool as well. Make sure to visit the local waterparks, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, The local surf shops and gift shops. There is a grocery store about five minutes away and many wonderful seafood and steak restaurants that the locals rave on. If you want to explore more you can book a boat tour and go to some of the islands for a few hours or enjoy a dinner cruise. There is so much to do you will have to come year after year to try it all! Please note that this unit is 300 square foot and there is no divider between the bed, living room and kitchen areas. It is small in size but big on amenities and charm. We love our little beach condo and we know you will too!
