Dawn, We’re sorry to see that your experience did not meet expectations, as that’s never the outcome we want for any guest. Throughout your stay, we made every effort to accommodate your requests, including creating a custom discounted rate for you and extending your check-out time twice at no additional charge. Our goal is always to be flexible and provide a great experience whenever possible. After your stay, you mentioned a concern regarding pricing. We promptly reviewed your reservation in detail and reached out multiple times—both through the platform and via email—to explain the charges and to gather any additional information needed to resolve the issue. We also made it clear that we would gladly correct anything if an error had occurred. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to those follow-ups, which limited our ability to further assist. We genuinely strive to provide excellent service and clear communication, and we’re always happy to resolve any concerns when guests engage with us during or after their stay. I'm not sure what we did to receive one star. We wish you all the best moving forward. Shelly
