Welcome to your urban getaway in the heart of Mid-City! This newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines modern design with warm natural touches, creating an inviting space perfect for families and groups.



The Space:

Bedrooms

The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed, while the remaining bedrooms offer cozy queen beds for a restful night’s sleep. Please note that Bedroom 5 is located in the backyard, offering extra privacy and flexibility for your group.



Kitchen & Living Spaces

The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen — perfect for socializing or relaxing after a day of exploring. Skylights fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home.



Guest Access:

Private parking for 4 cars + Free street parking.

-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.

- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety and security, our home is equipped with an alarm system. Please remember to arm the alarm every time you leave the house and disarm it upon entry. Instructions will be provided at check-in.



The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.



There is no central AC/heating in the house however there is a mini split in the living room.



Policies:

- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.

- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.

- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
