The Space:

Master Suite: A bright and serene retreat featuring a king-size bed with premium linens, an en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a cozy built-in plaster bench—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.



Bedroom 2: A comfortable queen-size bed with ample closet space and convenient access to the main bathroom, ideal for family or friends.



Bedroom 3: A private corner bedroom with a full-size bed, offering a quiet, secluded space for rest and relaxation.



Living & Dining: The open-concept living and dining area is designed for both comfort and style. Villa-inspired accents, natural textures, and modern finishes create a welcoming space to unwind or entertain. The chef’s kitchen features European cabinets, a sleek quartz countertop, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease.



Guest Access:

- There’s free parking on the premises for 3 cars.

-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.

- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety and security, our home is equipped with an alarm system. Please remember to arm the alarm every time you leave the house and disarm it upon entry. Instructions will be provided at check-in.



Policies:

- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.

- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.

- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
