Bedroom 4: Two full beds / En-suite bath
Bedroom 5: Full bed + trundle bed / En-suite bath
Outdoor Living
Step outside to your very own resort-style yard. A spacious covered patio features a TV, plush seating, and an outdoor dining areaâperfect for morning coffee, alfresco meals, or shaded relaxation.
Enjoy a built-in BBQ and smoker for outdoor cooking, while the fenced pool and spa offer refreshing fun and relaxation. The retractable awning provides shade on warm desert days, and two loungers sit ready for sunbathing.

Location
The home is located in a secure gated community with an attached 2-car garage and driveway parking for up to three additional vehicles. Per HOA rules, no overnight street parking is permitted. This property offers easy access to shopping, dining, golf, and the attractions of Palm Springs and the surrounding desert communities. Whether you're here to relax, work remotely, cook and entertain, or explore the area, this home provides an ideal long-term retreat.
Utility Surcharges
âą June 1st through September 31st: A $1500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
âą Oct 1st through April 30th: Pool heat will be charged per usage. Owner will provide the actual usage and guest will be charged accordingly.
Dog Fee
âą Additional fee of $200 per dog per stay - Up to 2 dogs.
âą We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
Additional Policies & Rules
âą Cleaning is required every 15 days that is completed by our team of professionals and will be an additional charge that is not included in the confirmed rate.
âą No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
âą 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
âą No smoking inside
âą Renter must be 21+
âą Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
