Whether you’re here for a winter ski trip, fall mountain colors, or summer lake days, Tahoe Trailside Lodge is a relaxing home base for year-round Tahoe adventures.

Our home and hot tub are professionally cleaned before every stay and maintained with care. Families love the guest supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish detergent, and more) that makes packing easier, and the open layout, multiple hangout spaces, and the kid-friendly bunk/game room that lets adults relax while kids play. We’re committed to making sure your stay is seamless — if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Whether you’re gathering for a family reunion, a group getaway, or a relaxing mountain escape, Tahoe Trailside Lodge offers comfort, convenience, and the perfect Tahoe setting.

Respecting Our Home & Community
We love sharing this cabin with guests who appreciate Tahoe’s natural beauty and quiet charm. Please treat it and neighbors with the same respect you’d want for your own.

Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 10 guests, plus up to an extra 2 additional children under 13 years old, for a total of up to 12 guests with the extra kids included.
* We love pets, but unfortunately we can not host pets here. Please do not bring pets in the home.
* Maximum of 5 vehicles — 3 in the garage and 2 max in the driveway (no street parking per City ordinance).

Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the City).
* Hot tub hours: 8AM – 10PM (strictly enforced by the City).
* No parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar large events.
* This is a family-friendly neighborhood — responsible groups welcome.
* No amplified music outside at anytime.

Trash & Wildlife
* This is bear country: all trash must be secured in the on-site bear box. If the bear box is full, you may leave trash in the garage for our team to remove after your stay.

Age & Booking Requirements
* Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay.
* No third-party or minor bookings.

General Guidelines
* No smoking, parties, or events.
* Please remove shoes when entering the house to protect floors and keep things clean.
* Security cameras monitor exterior entry points only, and noise decibel monitors are present as required by the local rental ordinance.
* All guests must sign the City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Agreement before check-in.
