This spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath luxury lodge spans over 5,000 sq ft and is designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable mountain memories. Nestled inside the prestigious Flagstaff Ranch Golf Community ⛳🏞️, the home offers privacy, security, and panoramic views of the 9th and 10th fairways.

🎾 Guests are welcome to use the pickleball courts inside the community. Access cards are provided at the home.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, back patio, hot tub, and driveway. The property is located in a gated golf community — your name will be added to the gate list prior to arrival for smooth entry. A smart lock is installed on the front door, and a unique access code will be provided before check-in.

This home is located within the exclusive Flagstaff Ranch Golf Community — a gated, private neighborhood surrounded by towering pines, mountain views, and serene fairways. Guests will enjoy the quiet, upscale atmosphere while still being just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, hiking trails, Snowbowl, and local attractions. Whether you`re here to relax, explore, or play a round of golf, this location offers the perfect balance of nature and luxury.

A car is recommended for getting around Flagstaff and accessing local attractions. The home has a private driveway with ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that this is a gated community — guests will be added to the gate list prior to arrival. Downtown Flagstaff is about 10–12 minutes away by car, and Snowbowl ski resort is approximately 30 minutes. Ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability at times.

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we`ve partnered with Truvi Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. PLEASE NOTE that before your booking is fully confirmed, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.

Don’t worry, our process is short and simple. Please have your government-issued ID (passport, driving license, ID card etc.) nearby. You will need to submit a copy just like you would at a hotel.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a small $35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

PET POLICIES (Only Dogs Allowed)

Dog Amenities, Fees, and Policies:
- $150 Pet Stay Fee
- 2 Dogs Maximum (must receive pre-approval from host)
- No Puppies
- Must be fully potty trained
- Must be on leash at all times when outside.
- Must pick up all dog waste, tie it up in doggie bag, and dispose of it in large trash cans outside garage (no waste in indoor trash cans)
- No dogs allowed in the Hot Tub
- Guest must control dog barking when outside to respect neighbors
- Dogs are to follow quiet hours, just like humans, from 9:30pm to 8:00am
- Any unattended pets must be left in a crate when guests are not in direct supervision. Any damage to the homes doors, walls, flooring, furniture, or linens, etc due to lack of supervision or crating the pet, will result in additional charges for repair.
- Guest must report any damage to host immediately
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the stay. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior approval. No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs may be allowed with prior approval. Dogs must be under 75 lbs each. Owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Additional pet cleaning fees may apply if needed.

Guests must be comfortable with scheduled maintenance visits. Vendors such as landscapers, hot tub technicians, pest control, and snow removal crews may access the exterior during daytime hours to maintain the property. They will never enter the home.

A short-term rental agreement, ID verification, and guest arrival form are required after booking. Use of hot tub is at guest’s own risk. No glassware, food, or children under 12 allowed in the spa.

Absolutely no fireworks or outdoor fires allowed at any time, per community safety regulations.

Please respect all house rules, the neighborhood, and posted quiet hours. Violations may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

VERY IMPORTANT…speed limits are strictly enforced and monitored by cameras throughout the community. Fines are $500 for speeding if caught on camera so please watch your speed. Guests will be responsible for paying speeding tickets.

No unregistered guests on property at any time, for any reason. This limitation applies regardless of whether such persons are staying the night or just visiting. (we need to know about everyone who is having an awesome time at our home!)

Remote Photo Verification of valid Driver’s License, or other valid form of photo identification will be required, in the form of one photo of ID and one photo of Guest holding ID.


RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. YOUR USE IS LIMITED TO THAT STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

RESERVATION/PAYMENT: This reservation will only be confirmed when this signed Agreement has been received by Manager and ID verification has been provided to Manager. Remote Photo Verification of valid Driver’s License, or other valid form of photo identification will be required, in the form of one photo of ID and one photo of Guest holding ID. Except as provided herein, there shall be no refunds for unfavorable weather, natural disasters, pests, wildlife, construction, acts of God, early departure or any other reason beyond Manager’s control.

Refer to our Cancellation Policy on Airbnb or VRBO or whichever booking platform you used.
