Welcome to your new home-away-from-home in Hearthwood! This single-level, end-unit townhome offers 900 sq. ft. of cozy and well-planned living space. Perfect for monthly guests, traveling professionals, or those in transition, The Stark House blends style, comfort, and practicality.
The living room features a soft sofa, armchair, and 55" Smart TV mounted above a modern electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The galley-style kitchen includes butcher-block inspired countertops, ample cabinet space, and all major appliances, making meal prep simple and enjoyable.
Each of the two bedrooms provides a restful retreat: the primary bedroom features a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a full bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and single vanity with extra shelving for your essentials. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room.
A dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi make remote work easy, while the included carport ensures covered parking just steps from your door.

While there's no traditional backyard, you'll enjoy a private concrete patio off the back porch for fresh air or morning coffee. The community pool, open late spring through early fall, provides a refreshing escape during Colorado's warm months.
