Built in 1954, this single-family home is a 5-minute walk from Prospect Lake at Memorial Park or a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown. Explore craft breweries, local coffee shops, parks, museums, boutiques, and fine or casual dining. Or stay inside, kick back, relax, and enjoy the modern miracle that is WiFi.

Your pets are welcome with the fully fenced backyard.

The entire lot is yours to enjoy, excepting the backyard shed. It only has spiders anyway.

I am available to you 24/7/265 via my phone, though I do have `Do Not Disturb` hours established per my settings. This usually requires 2 calls in a row within a 3-minute span to get through. In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call until I pick up. If the matter is non-urgent, I can usually give a quicker response via the Airbnb messaging app.
