You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In the middle of Colorado Springs, you have access to shopping, dining, and hikes. Guests will have access to their home, the laundry room, and the picnic tables and bbq pit. There is also a hot tub, shared with other guests
Room was clean and it was easy to walk our dogs over to a local park. The property was very difficult to find and the property manager had the hot tub temperture locked at a very cold temperature so that it was unusable. The dog in the neighboring room disturbed our stay as owners played fetch with it at 3am and we could hear the large ball moving around and dog barking.
The listing was just as described. A huge plus was access to the washer and dryer in the common area. The only âconâ was that there was no microwave in the unit, but there are two microwaves in the common area for use. This is very clear in the photos I just didnât notice it till I was there. The neighborhood does have some abandoned boarded up homes and buildings, but I never had any issues with anyone and I never felt unsafe despite being a woman staying alone. there is a park right across the alley thatâs great for a little exercise or families. The WIFI worked great and I was able to work remotely for the two weeks I stayed there. The TV has access to live Roku channels as well as apps. I met the cleaner on a couple of occasions and she was extremely kind and meticulous about cleaning the rooms. I also met the maintenance man who came by after hours to help with a small issue I had with the Internet. Despite it being late in the day he stayed to make sure it was taken care of. Anytime I reached out to the property manager I was responded to in a timely manner, again even if it was after hours which I really appreciate. Also maybe a weird plus for people like me but there are extremely friendly squirrels that will come up to you and you can hand feed them nuts
