Pool: Summer Months (Late May/June - September/ Early Oct) Pool Temperature averages around 78-85 degrees. Pool /Spa Only: In Off-season and winter months, the pool is not heated. If a guest wishes to add heat to the pool for their stay a surcharge fee will be in addition to your original booking amount and fees will vary depending on the length of stay and time of year. Please message us directly for all inquiries. Master Bedroom located on First Floor All other Bedrooms Upstairs. Game Room Upstairs. Garage and laundry access will be locked out for rentals shorter than 7 nights. Guests' Booking is an Entire Home and Pool /Spa 1. Guests for a Longer than a week stay will have full access to the garage. 2. Guests Booking less than a week will have no access to the garage or Laundry. 3. There are Owner cabinet Lockouts on the first and second floors. I'm available to assist you daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM by phone or airbnb message. If you need help outside of those hours, please only reach out in case of an emergency. I'm here to make sure your stay is comfortable and worry-free! IMPORTANT POOL/SPA INFORMATION: In the Winter months( November - April) Pool/Spa is not heated. Heating is by request only and a surcharge will be agreed to prior to booking the charge will be sent out separately by Airbnb after the booking has been completed Note: Excess amounts and abuse of pool heat/spa heat penalties upwards of 20% of the booking fee and utility bill payments will be billed back to the guest for excess use beyond the agreed amount of normal use for guest stay.
