Spend the day on the water or touring the sites, then come home to a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub and watch the kids play on the 2 swing sets. Pop some Popcorn in the Theater room and have family movie night, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, Play some Pool, Air Hockey, or challenge each other on the Double Shot Basketball Arcade before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom, 65` smart TV and King size bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a King bed and a 55` smart TV. The Bunk room has a Queen over Queen over Queen Triple bunk bed, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, And a twin over twin over twin Triple bunkbed and can sleep 12. Or use the queen sofa beds in the Theater room for extra sleeping capacity.

If the Pets came too, They can enjoy a fully fenced in Dog Run behind the house complete with Large and medium sized Dog houses. (Pet fee does apply)

● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south or north side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
● Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
