The Space:

Step into a comfortable living room featuring a sectional couch, a table for two, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. To the right, you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer are conveniently located to the left. Step outside onto the back deck, where you'll find a table and seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. For those warm summer evenings, gather around the fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs. The expansive finished garage is an additional area for relaxation and has a fooseball table, darts, seating and a tv. Guests have access to free parking in the driveway and on the street. There are also 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon to make your trips to the beach easy.
