If you're looking for a charming rental for a perfect vacation, then look no further than Condo Del Mar! These cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos are part of a fourplex in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. With sandy beaches just steps ahead, a heated pool and spa in the back, and a game room for everyone to enjoy below your feet, rest and recreation are at your fingertips!

Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, kettle, knife block, cutting boards, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 4, plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar, and a ceiling fan.

Living Room: Comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, sitting chairs, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and double sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd.

Hallway Closet: Broom and dustpan, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a dresser, a closet, a ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, a writing desk with a desk lamp, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Toilet, sink, and standing shower with detachable shower head. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, closet, and nightstands with lamps.

Bathroom #2: Toilet, sink, and shower/tub combo.

Shared Game Room: Garage with arcade games, pinball machines, a dart board, a basketball pop-shot, a sand shuffleboard, and a TV.

Shared Beach Closet: Provides enough equipment for each unit to have 1 umbrella, 1 beach wagon, and 3 beach chairs.

Shared Outdoor Space: Resort-style heated pool with hot tub, plenty of sun loungers, and 2 gas grills.

*This unit is on the third floor. There is no elevator.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to the local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool & Spa Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool & spa completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that the pool & spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold. Spas/hot tubs do not heat continuously. They need to be turned on manually and run on a timer. The spa/hot tub will not be turned on before check-in.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels

Parking: Parking in the garages is not permitted. Only 1-2 vehicles permitted per unit. There is NO additional guest parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips such as Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Walsingham Park, Mc Gough Nature Park is a big hit for kids, and just over the IRB bridge; it has rescued birds, reptiles, playground, walking trails that lead to the water and you can feed turtles. Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
