Our completely remodeled beachy feeling open concept condo is wonderful for families, friends, and groups! With enough beds to sleep 10 people, you`ll have plenty of space for everyone. There is indoor and outdoor dining seating. Inside there is an oversized comfy couch for evening TV watching, game playing, or relaxing. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is one extra half bath on the main floor.

The living area is on the main floor with glass on the entire front for perfect ocean viewing. Don`t forget your camera- these stunning views (especially the sunsets) can`t be missed!

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
