Located within the prestigious Reserva Conchal, this colonial style luxury beach condo has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, beautiful and spacious living room with flats screens and comfortable couches to relax and unwind.

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant and swimming pool and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal, in a relaxed family atmosphere.



It has the most amazing terrace that connects all the unit sections and oversees the golf course. It has a partial ocean view.



Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.

Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.

This unit has full access to Reserva Conchal beach club, gym, pools, jacuzzi and spa, complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, mountain bikes and shuttle ride to/from the condo to/from the beach club, golf course, main gate.



The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.



We can arrange for your groceries to be purchased and delivered to the condo, as well as a personal chef, yoga instructor, anything you want, so you can just relax and be pampered!

If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.

In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

We would definitely come stay here again

This condo is fully stocked with a beautiful view and very clean. We would definitely come stay here again. If we had to say anything negative about the place I would say it is one of the further buildings from the beach club but transportation is available and they have everything you need at the beach club so there isn’t a lot of need to run back and forth between the club and condo.

Wonderfully equipped cond extremly clean, with wonderful view.

If you rent, it is advisable to rent a car or golf cart. If not you are a slave to the Westin shuttle to get to restaurants or the beach club. Great resaurants both within the property and nearby out the gate. Condo needs a guidebook to explain the property and how phone and appliances operate.

We are seniors who don’t do stairs well so 8211 was perfect for us! Practically no stairs and all on one level - plus the view beats all in this complex. Having a bath with each bedroom is great! And a guest toilet and sink adds to this. King Bedding in master is great as well as the Queen room. Best part of all is a view that stretches across the golf course to the ocean and beyond. The huge terrace is perfect for enjoying a chorus of howler monkeys.

Better than expected!

We’ve stayed in the same condo building before, and this unit was pleasantly updated and had a much better layout. Our concierge service was excellent, Rose Mary made several reservations for us and was quick to respond to my questions. The listing said that there were only 3 bathrooms, but there was an additional two piece bathroom by the entrance. I would recommend this condo unit and would rent it again.

Playa Conchal property

Overall an excellent stay in the property. Reserva Conchal is a massive area with many property choices. This one was well situated close to main gate for access to Brasilito restaurants. Nothing is really walking distance but you can walk a mile to the beach club if you cut through the Westin. The unit is large and perfect for multiple couples as each bedroom has its own bath. The balcony is big and you can see a decent sunset. It does get very hot on the balcony in the late afternoon but the pool is a five minute walk to cool off and find some shade. We split time between the beach club and the Bouganvilias pool when on property. The ocean was too rough for swimming with a rip current. The sand was among the best in the area. No value in snorkeling with limited visibility. The unit kitchen is well equipped and furniture comfortable. The beds were too firm for our liking and wish they had some toppers to make them easier to sleep on. The hard beds were our only real issue other than the Costa Rica jungle sending some critters into the unit. A 3 inch cockroach in the shower gave a big surprise. A large spider in the laundry room also caused a good scream. Par for the course in this area. Just be aware. Great community of people and a fun place to spend a week of two or more.

Excelente lugar muy cómodo lo mismo que ofrecen en las fotografías. Muy cómodo el lugar con privacidad única y mucha seguridad. El mobiliario de gran calidad, una cocina súper equipada y de gran lujo. Podes hacer uso de todas los instalaciones de Reserva Conchal. Muy recomendado vale la pena. Lo único malo es que estuve muy pocos días jajaja. Saludos.

Reserva Conchal never disappoints!

We loved this spacious and nicely decorated condo. We especially enjoyed the sunset views from the beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course. The host and property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Having access to the beach club and facilities made for the perfect vacation! Pura Vida!

Good trip

Condo was as advertised. Beach Club and restaurant were great. We ate so many meals at the Beach Club! Good communication prior to check in about what was and what was not in the unit. Easily available on WhatsApp once we arrived. Covid protocols were in place…and we were able to enjoy the amenities available. We were accused of breaking and appliance that we didn’t break…but impossible for us to prove a negative, I guess. We would stay in the unit again if we came back to the area…but would probably take photos of all the rooms on check out.

Luxury living in a wildlife reserve

Reserva Conchal never disappoints. Great layout all on one floor and no stairs so would be nice for seniors or people with disabilities. View from large terrace can’t be beat. We loved sunset with a glass of wine and breakfast on the terrace. Every br has a bathroom and kitchen is well stocked.

This is a beautifully updated condo, great location, great layout! Plenty of space. Beautifully appointed. The listing indicated 2 stories but it is all on 1 level . Noisy air condition. Beds were a bit too hard for my body. That being said, we loved this condo and would definitely rent it again.
