Pura Vida! Views, views, and more views- bringing your camera is an absolute must. Experience the best of both world`s being surrounded by nature with tons of privacy, and only a short 15 min drive to the heart of the action and beaches. Our stunning location is impossible to beat!

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, we have space for 12 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Flamingo a top a hill with jaw droppingly beautiful views, we are proud to offer a private pool, BBQ grill, and seating for 6 outside. Inside we have a dining table for 10 plus 4 stools. The living, dining and kitchen levels are on level three, and the washer and dryer can be found on level one. We also have individual A/C units in the living room and kitchen on level 1. All bedrooms on levels 2 and 3 have an individual A/C unit as well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal. Our beds and mattresses are brand new- you’ll sleep great!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Something important to keep in mind is that the road that takes you to the house once you enter through the main gate is in terrible conditions because of the rain. You will definitely need a 4x4 car.

*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
