Wonderful property!

The house was perfect for our family of 8 staying here for a volleyball tournament in Knoxville. Was a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. The house was spotless and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again!

One word description of this place....WOW!

The pictures of this place cannot begin to show just how beautiful and clean it is. Aaron has included character and detail such as I have never seen in my years of vacation rentals. Looks professionally decorated. Homemade soaps were a plus.. Definitely on my "rent again" list.

Perfect Family Getaway Weekend

My family of 5 enjoyed all this house had to offer. Plenty of Space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Private backyard space. Excellent wi-fi. Most comfortable 😌 bed and pillows! Easy check-in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

Knoxville hidden gem

The home was immaculate, first impressions are everything when I opened the door it smelled beautiful. Everything was in order, the little extras (toothbrush, dove soap and face wipes etc was a nice touch. The home looks exactly like what you see on the website. The outside area was a treat. It exceeded my expectations.

Incredible stay

Aaron was amazing and the property itself was immaculate. They thought of everything when it came to what they had available to guests. Toothbrush kits, pillow spray, laundry detergent, ice cream and water in the fridge. Aaron was very responsive to our many questions and ever so kind. If you’re in Knoxville, this is without a doubt where I would stay.

Beautifully appointed!

It is really nice. Just a couple things for improvement. Need a book of instructions, especially how to use the tvs, lights,etc. would be nice to include restaurants nearby and local attractions. Contact information also. Some also have a book that visitors can write in that helps others. You can also track why/who is staying in your VRBO. We had an issue with smoke detector and the contact lives too far away to fix it. Had to send someone else. Seems like it would need to have someone closer in case of emergencies. Aaron got it fixed pretty quickly from far away.

Luxury At An Affordable Price

So many good things to say about this property: 1. Host is gracious, attentive and communicative. He sincerely wants guests to enjoy and have everything they need. 2. Location is out of but convenient to the city. On the outside, it's like a neighborhood we would live in. 3. Inside the home is high-end, professionally decorated but not stuffy. Our 4- and 7-year-old grandsons especially enjoyed their individual cozy queen bedrooms upstairs. The UT-themed room was a huge hit! Grown-ups loved the art museum as well as ambience lighting downstairs! 4. Kitchen was well-stocked with quality supplies, utensils and appliances. 5. Being able to park in the attached garage was a blessing, especially at departure time when we had to load during a rain storm. 6. Thoughtful extras such as a toothbrush/toothpaste kit and selections of pillow styles felt like a high-end hotel. 7. Early morning on the covered patio watching the sun rise and birds in the woods behind the house was delightful. 8. Checkout requests of guests are minimal - we felt spoiled. This home clearly is used by its Vol owner and graciously shared with visitors!

Wonderful place to stay during a conference
