We do provide a starter kit for each unit with toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer, detergent, etc.
Guest access
Guest will check in with Front desk with info and confirmation given by us. Your unit will be signed upon arrival.
Is important that the guest on the booking is 21 year or older and present a ID and credit card . The person on the booking MUST be the same that will check in .
For any name alteration will have a fee of $50 dollars .

Check-out time: 10:00am
Any late check out inquire, must be discussed direct in the property`s front desk.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$250 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.


This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel.

**Once the reservation is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change dates and for changing names there will be a fee of €50.

Rules for change of names:

1. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Note that on some special and promotional dates the name change is not accepted.

2. Each name change has an additional rate of € 50.
