Relax in any of our six spacious bedrooms, designed for a restful night's sleep. Sink into inviting and firm memory foam beds (with crisp cotton sheets) and wake up refreshed. Plenty of space for up to 22 guests in the bedrooms plus two rollaway memory foam beds that can be positioned anywhere to accommodate 2 more guests in comfort. 16 guests are included. Any guests after 16 are $100/person up to 24 guests total.

There is one half bath on the first floor as well. The Master Bathroom stores the first aid kit.

Sink into our plush, comfy couches and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows. Downstairs there is an additional living area so there is room for everyone to spread out. Not to mention a mini-movie theatre in the Games Room. Make sure you bring your login information for Netflix, Hulu, Max, YouTubeTV and other streaming apps so that you can sign in and enjoy your favorite shows.

Step into one of our TWO our fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, where culinary dreams come to life! Equipped with plenty of cooking essentials, preparing family favorites has never been simpler. Enjoy complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar for a carafe (grounds) coffee maker, as well as assorted teas. We have coffee makers in both kitchens so there is never a shortage of caffeine!

The 10-seater dining room table provides the perfect setting for memorable meals with family and friends, and the 8-seater island countertop offers space for casual breakfasts or quick bites. In addition there are several other dining or meeting tables that can accommodate large groups. Indulge in delicious food and delightful conversations in this inviting space designed for shared moments and lasting memories. And in the evenings, turn your attention to the cocktail bar stocked with a wine fridge and enough stemmed glasses for all.

As evening falls, enjoy a hot tub and share stories under the starlit sky, all while savoring delicious grilled delights from the barbecue grill. Swing away your days in the hammock seats suspended on the lower patio. A great place to read in the shade and get some peace and quiet.

Easily park two large cars in the secure garage, while two more vehicles can conveniently occupy the driveway by the lower front door. There is plenty of parking on the upper driveway as well and can accommodate up to 6 additional cards, parked in tandem.

The whole 6000 square foot home and 6 acre property are all yours to roam!

Please note that we allow a maximum of 24 guests. This platform may only allow you to book for up to 16 and for guests 17–24, we charge $100/person. Bookings over 16 guests must be approved with an accurate guest list.

Once booked, you will receive confirmation for up to 16 guests. Please message us with your finalized guest count (if it is over 16) and we will send a payment request for the additional guests and update your reservation.

Only when payment is received for the total guest count, will the reservation be considered confirmed.
