Pool heating is available upon request. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in for a seasonal fee. Spa heating is Free and included with your booking.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
We charge a flat base price for up to 6 guests. There is an extra nightly guest fee of $30 per person after 6 guests to help cover the added cost of bedding, laundry, and resources for larger groups. Please be sure to indicate the accurate number of guests when making your reservation. Changes can always be made and adjusted prior to your arrival.

A beautiful, spacious property with a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the game room and pickle ball court. The owners, Eric and Neda were friendly, responsive and helpful. Our daughter was getting married at a nearby wedding venue, Los Willows, and it was the perfect location for our family to stay nearby with quick and easy access to the venue as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We all loved the house and the Fallbrook community. We highly recommend this property!

I brought my family of 5 along with my mom and dad to Grand Pacifico. This place is amazing inside and out. Unbelievably spacious and commedating. The VIEWS alone are worth every penny. It is simply the perfect vacation home. The host Eric was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

The property was beautiful. The hosts really thought of everything. I did not have to contact them once. Everything ran smoothly. We relaxed, went to casino, swam in the heated infinity pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We also enjoyed all the entertainment in the game room. It was truly paradise and I highly recommend this property.

10th anniversary celebration with friends

From the start, Eric was very communicative and proactive about our upcoming rental. From little touches like kids highchair, touch-less phone chargers beside the beds and extra blankets, this was a great stay from beginning to end. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to host our family and friends. The pool and spa were pre-warmed as promise and made the kids happy and tired. Would highly recommend.

60 th bday celabration

We gathered 7 of our closest friends to celebrate my dearest friends 60 th b day. The property was even more magical in person than photos. It exceeded all of our expectations. Honesty we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi. Played pool pickle ball and Even played old school Pac-Man. The house was so spacious and peaceful. We all will tell more friends about this gem. Waiting for another special occasion so we can come back. A few friends both said they would like to rent go a week just to decompress by themselves . That s how peaceful it was. The hosts were so attentive and made our stay just perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic host experience and a memorable location

I traveled to Fallbrook with a group of my closest friends to spend the weekend together, cook food, and watch the Super Bowl. This house was beyond ideal for everything we looked for. In terms of our goal to cook delicious food for a group, the double oven, barbecue, and great selection of kitchen appliances made this easy. The Super Bowl was fantastic since the tv room was an optimal viewing experience with surround sound included. When we weren’t watching the game or cooking, we were in the garage having a blast in the game room or relaxing in the heated spa. Perhaps the most valuable part of our stay was the communication experience with Eric, our host. Eric was not only phenomenally quick to respond, he was also friendly and authentic over text. I always felt like we were taken care of and there wasn’t a hiccup over the course of the trip as it related to the house and its amenities. The tremendous hosts literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable even down to providing slippers to wear since they asked us to take our shoes off inside. Would definitely return to the Grand Pacifico for a great time!

Paradise exist in Fallbrook!!!

Paradise does exist without even leaving the country. The moment we pulled up it had that WOW factor, not to mention the first thing to catch your eye will be the hammock. The feeling of absolute tranquility and beauty overcome you before you’ve even enter the home. Walking through the doors you’ll be welcomed with a beautifully open floor plan overlooking such a serene view of this neighborhood and city. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds ever offered in an Airbnb take my word. We arrived on our vacation with low expectations only because of so many other experiences with other hosts and home being nothing as described on the site. I promise you this is NOT that home!! Eric & Neda were the most incredibly gracious host that went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Not only does this home rate 5 star so do the host of this secret gem. Also the host have added little extras around the home that you’ll appreciate that even hotels don’t offer for free, such a toothbrush’s ( our kids forgot theirs) no need run to the store. They have complimentary little shampoos, soaps, make up removers and most importantly lots of towels huge plus. The infinity pool overlooking the most gorgeous views of will have you head over hills in love with tropical paradise hidden in the hills of Fallbrook. The pictures don’t even do it justice in my opinion until you experience it first hand. We struggle between wanting to share this amazing piece of paradise or keeping it all

Phenomenal stay ✨

First off I want thank Eric and his wife for being so helpful and amazing every step of the way. They allowed me to throw my sister her bridal shower there with such short notice. Not only did my family and I loved the house but the our guest were so in love with the house. If you think the pictures on the website are beautiful just wait and see it all in person. The house sits on top of the highest hill giving you all the beautiful views. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and you can see the starts clearly at night and you can hear the frogs at night which was my favorite. I loved the huge glass windows because when the sun sets the whole house glows a beautiful light orange with astonishing views of the vineyards on the other hills across. In the morning you can watch the sunrise and the best part of it all they have around 3-4 humming bird feeders so u get to watch them come by and there’s so many they are just too cute. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the infinity pool and spa which I regret so much because it just adds to that vacation feeling but only because everyone was so busy working on the bridal shower there was no time but next time I will definitely take the advantage to enjoy that gorgeous pool. The entire house was stocked with all the essentials and more. Bedrooms were so beautiful, cleaned and sanitized. The entire house smelled so amazing. The living rooms and kitchen are so spacious and open which I love. Plenty of room for a big family. Eric was such an incredible host, responded quickly to all of my messages, and he was so kind in letting me move around some furniture to make sure I got the set up that I envisioned for my event. Eric I just want to thank you again. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my family. The house was truly gorgeous and more.

We stayed here for a wedding at Monserate Winery. We loved every minute. The house is even more spacious than the pictures portray. We loved the view, pool table, hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Eric was very easy to work with. If we have a need to return to Fallbrook, we will be back.

Beautiful Place

This property was beautiful! We loved all the hummingbirds and the view was amazing! Grand Pacifico was the perfect place for our sisters vaca!Eric was the perfect host. We had an issue with the outdoor fire table and Eric came right over and helped us (it ended up being user error). Eric was very helpful and great communication.

My friends and I stayed here for a lowkey bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The views brought us so much peace every morning and every evening. The hummingbirds were busy and the grounds were so colorful. Eric & Neda checked in on us and we always felt that they were available should we need something. Everything in the house was labeled which really helps when cooking/cleaning up to ensure we got everything back where it needed to go. The house has so many beautiful details that really make a difference. I would say a few guests were a little underdressed because those temps will drop up on the hill so make sure to pack some warm clothes for the evenings outside.

From the moment we arrived, the home was impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing game room, which provided endless entertainment for everyone. Whether we were playing pool, foosball, or just hanging out, it was a fantastic space to bond with family and friends. Additionally, the outdoor amenities were nothing short of spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts, which added a competitive yet fun spirit to our birthday festivities. The pool and spa were the icing on the cake—after a day of activities, nothing felt better than relaxing in the warm bubbles of the spa or taking a refreshing dip in the pool.This home exceeded all our expectations! Peaceful Family Vacation

The Grand Pacifico listing pictures are great but do not do this property justice! It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home where every detail was thought through. We had everything we needed and more. They provided coffee, laundry detergent, some toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, plenty of towels and linens… etc…all of the items that you hate to waste spending the first day of your vacation gathering. Eric was an incredible host and our family enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several great wineries. We also spent a lot of time relaxing at the home. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved relaxing in the outdoor spaces taking in the amazing views. Thank you Eric and Neda for sharing your home with us and creating such lasting memories.

Christmas visit with our military daughter

We stayed at this beautiful house during the week of Christmas so we could spend time with our daughter there. We bonded during meal prep (special meals for Christmas Eve and day) playing games, and local trips to recommended places (from the guidebook). Personally, we did not pay to have the pool heated which for us was fine. We mostly just used the hot tub. We had other things to keep us busy like the pool table, basketball hoop, pickleball court, and Pac-Man game! The view was amazing and the house was very comfortable. The house was even decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree! I would stay here again!

Perfect for Tivoli Wedding

This helped to make our family wedding in Fallbrook just perfect. I can honestly say there is nothing that we were wishing they had. They fulfilled every need and then some. The views were spectacular. The pool and hot tub even more than expected. Just be sure to stay a day or two after the wedding, because you can then really appreciate this special place.

Fallbrook is naturally lush with trees and was once the avocado capital of the world. Historic downtown Fallbrook is a short 10 minute scenic drive and has plenty of art galleries, restaurants and vintage clothing shops. Both Fallbrook and Temecula are charming towns with lots of character and history. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, the area offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food. Not a fan of wine? Worry not, the quaint town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings with award winning restaurants and night life.

POOL / SPA HEATING :
Pool heating can be arranged and settled prior to check in for an added fee. During the colder months, it takes about 10-12 hours to preheat the pool to a comfy 82-84 degrees. During the months of Oct - April, this can be arranged for a pre-heating fee of $175 for the first day and $125 per day thereafter for 6 hours of heating. During May - Sept, the cost is $150 for the first day and $100 per day thereafter. SPA heating is FREE and included with your stay. (Note : Heating costs are subject to change)

The base pricing is set for up to 6 guests. There is a charge of $30 per person per night for additional guests. Please be sure you book with the correct number of guests as the additional guest charges will automatically be added to your total.
