Due to an unexpected delay with our cleaning team that day, final preparations did run later than scheduled, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused upon arrival. This is not our standard, and we have since addressed this directly with our cleaners to ensure it does not happen again. We also regret that some items were not set up correctly and that the hot tub area was not in the condition it should have been. Cleanliness is a priority for us, and this experience does not reflect the level of care we strive to provide. Regarding sound between the main floor and loft, the cabin is designed as an open-concept space, which is noted in the listing and can allow sound to travel more easily between levels. As discussed during your stay, we did agree to refund the cleaning fee. The refund was submitted through VRBO, and processing times are handled by the platform and can take several business days depending on the payment method.
