Summary:
The perfect luxury retreat, 30 minutes or less from all the hot spots! This pet friendly, Desert townhome w/two pools and spas, provides a true Arizona Oasis. It's the perfect escape to soak up the sun, spring training, work, hiking trails, mountain bike, golf courses and so much more. Location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and 5 minutes from PHS airport. It's in a quiet area of South Mountain and just a short drive to downtown PHX/Scottsdale attractions. It's a must stay!
The Space:
This Stylish Modern Haven is a beautiful newly remodeled townhome. Upon entering you will walk up the stairs and enjoy all the luxury amenities. Drive five minutes to many of the neighborhoodâs best restaurants and bars, or stay in and enjoy our designer space and abundant amenities. Open room concept featuring vaulted ceilings and stylish design. Cozy up in front of the electric fireplace and enjoy the 65â Samsung QLED 4K TV with unlimited blazing fast full gigabit wifi access. The attached kitchen features modern farmhouse inspired white cabinetry and a gourmet appliance package. Cook with the Kenmore electric range, enjoy take-out gathering around the custom granite island or use the smoker to create your own masterpieces. Our home features 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed couch- each uniquely furnished and styled to enhance your stay. The master suite is chic yet comfortable and features a spa-like bathroom complete with dual sinks and an elegant custom shower with rain head and hand held massaging shower head. Our water is custom processed with a state of the art water conditioning system to leave your hair and skin silky soft. On site washer and dryer for your convenience. Our resort like complex amenities include two pools, one heated, lounge chairs, and a briquette BBQ. And if you needed one more reason to stay with us⊠the neighborhood is surrounded by amazing golf course and awe inspiring hikes!

When checking-out at my home, please do NOT wash any dishes or make/strip the beds. You are on vacation, you should not have to do any chores, and paid a cleaning fee for a reason! The Neighborhood:
We live in a very quite gated neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and illuminated. You are within walking distance to some of AZ top golfing resorts with some of the best pet friendly hikes right in our backyard. Please add our listing to your wish list by clicking the heart in the upper-right corner.
Getting Around:
You'll have a Target, two large grocery stores, Crumbl Cookie, LA Fitness, a local fruit, nuts, and date store, tons of different restaurants of all types, haircuts, 10 miles away from Nordstrom Rack, Last Chance Clearance Store, UPS/FedEx/USPS Store, multiple gas stations, incredible hiking trails on South Mountain, and a Chase Bank all a mile from the townhouse. Tell me what I can do to host you on your trip!

We follow Airbnbâs five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnbâs cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights:
* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and
we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
We take every precaution to ensure your safety. That is why we also sterilize all high traffic areas and surfaces with UV lights. Each area is bathed in UV lights designed to destroy bacteria and viruses, the same technology used in hospitals to sterilize operating rooms.
Up to 2 pets (dog or cat) are allowed. ALL pets must be approved by host at time of booking. $50/pet cleaning fee per pet per week due day of check-in.
Pets must be house trained and crated if left unattended. No pets on beds or furniture.
By city ordinance, all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
Please remember that you are staying in a townhome, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
There is a custom water conditioning system that will make taking a shower an experience. The water will make your hair and skin feel super soft. Your clothes will come out cleaner and you'll use less detergent.
To take it to the next level, we've installed a Vollara Living Water drinking station. Here you will be able to select a custom pH level of your drinking water, from 7 - 10. Quite hours are between 10PM - 6AM.
