Within walking distance you’ll find Ocean Drive and the iconic white-sand beaches of South Beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or scenic shoreline strolls. Nearby South Pointe Park offers sweeping ocean views, a beautiful pier, walking paths, and lush green spaces—ideal for morning jogs or sunset walks. Our SoFi building sits in the heart of the historic South of Fifth Art Deco Residential District, one of Miami Beach’s most desirable areas. From here, you can easily walk to cafés, beaches, parks, and some of Miami’s best restaurants.

A parking permit is required for Residential Zone 1. Upon Arrival- Please send a photo of your license plate to receive your virtual permit.
⚠️ Do not leave your car unattended, until your permit is confirmed. This pass does not cover metered parking, only Residential Zone 1.
***Vehicles without a valid permit are often towed in South Beach (fees ~$500), and guests are responsible for any charges.
