Thank you again for staying with us and for the kind review. It was great hosting you and your family, especially for such a special gathering. We love having groups come together and make memories here, and we hope the space was a great fit for everyone. Since you were in Knoxville, Tennessee for the game, I hope you had an awesome time and got to enjoy the energy around the area. If you didn’t get the chance this trip, next time you’re back we definitely recommend exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There’s so much to do between the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and all the local attractions that make East Tennessee such a fun place to visit. Hopefully you all had some time to relax back at the house too. The back porch is one of our favorite spots, whether it’s unwinding in the hot tub, spending some time in the sauna, or just hanging out by the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. We really appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we’d love to have you and your family back anytime you’re in Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg again.

William, thank you so much for the kind review. It truly means a lot to us that you chose our home for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed how clean the house was, the amenities, and the communication throughout your trip. You and your group were honestly some of the best guests we’ve ever had the pleasure of hosting. Everything was left in great condition and you all were incredibly easy to communicate with. I wish every group was as respectful and low-maintenance as you guys were, so thank you for taking such great care of the property. I really hope you had a chance to explore some of the amazing things nearby while you were here — whether that was visiting Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, or just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful seclusion of the property. One of the things we love most about the home is that it gives guests privacy and space for large families or groups, while still being close to all the attractions in the Smokies. We’re always working on improving the property and adding new amenities, so hopefully you’ll have the chance to come back and stay with us again sometime in the future. It truly means a lot that you spent your hard-earned time and money staying with us, and we’re grateful you chose our home. Thanks again for being such wonderful guests, William. You’re always welcome back anytime. — Jason

We spent two weeks here for a family vacation with friends and two kids under 3, it was amazing! The outdoor space offered everything you could need with games, the hot tub and outdoor tv for kids while everyone else was sleeping! Close to the smokies for hikes but private and remote. The host was super easy to contact and responsive to all needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Thank you so much for the amazing review! It means a lot to hear that your family and friends had such a great two-week stay with us. We specifically designed the outdoor space to be a place where everyone can relax and have fun, so we’re glad the games, hot tub, and outdoor TV were a hit—especially with little ones in the group! One of our favorite things about the property is that it offers the privacy and peaceful setting of a mountain retreat while still being close enough to the Great Smoky Mountains for hiking, sightseeing, and family adventures. Thank you as well for the kind words about communication. We always try to be as responsive and helpful as possible to make sure our guests have a stress-free vacation from start to finish. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to host your family again the next time you’re planning a Smoky Mountain getaway or East Tennessee vacation!

The most important thing for me is always bed comfort - sleep is important! All of the beds were very comfortable. Pictures don't do the property justice. I was very pleasantly surprised, roomier than it looked, and the back porch and yard were a peaceful oasis. Had a small issue at the beginning of our stay - owner was very responsive. Convenient location between Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Area views were breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the kind words, that really means a lot to us. We put a big focus on comfort, especially the beds, because we know how important a good night’s sleep is when you’re traveling. I’m glad the home exceeded your expectations and felt even more spacious in person. That’s one of our favorite things to hear. It’s awesome that you enjoyed the back porch and yard too. We wanted that space to feel like a private, peaceful retreat after a full day out exploring East Tennessee. Whether it’s relaxing in the hot tub, hanging out by the fire pit, or just enjoying some quiet time outside, that area tends to be a guest favorite. I appreciate you mentioning the quick response as well. If anything ever comes up, we always want our guests to feel taken care of right away. Sounds like you made the most of the location too. Being right between Knoxville and Sevierville makes it easy to get the best of both worlds. A lot of our guests spend time in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, checking out the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and all the attractions, then come back to unwind at the house. Hopefully you had a chance to enjoy some of that, and maybe even caught a game or explored downtown Knoxville. Next time you’re back with family or friends, hopefully you’ll get to take full advantage of everything, the game room, sauna, grill, and all the outdoor living space. We’d love to host you again anytime.

I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was excellent! It was very clean! Everything felt like new. They thought of everything! Kitchen was fully stocked and they went above and beyond with the extras that a lot of rentals don't do that made all the difference. It was very relaxing as an adult but also super kid friendly for our little ones! We would definitely stay here again!

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Ashley and her family. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and they were incredibly respectful of the home. The house was left very clean, and everything went smoothly throughout their stay. Ashley shared that the home felt extremely clean and like everything was brand new, which we truly appreciate. We’re so glad they enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the extra amenities that help set our home apart — especially for families. It was great to hear that both the adults and kids were able to relax and enjoy the space, from the pool table and kids’ games to the pack-and-play and high chair. One of her favorite features was the hot tub with the TV underneath, which we know is a guest favorite, along with the sauna, fireplace, and covered outdoor porch. The home is designed to be relaxing for adults while still being very kid-friendly, so it’s always rewarding to hear that balance was appreciated. We hope Ashley and her family had an amazing time exploring the area and were able to enjoy Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood — and maybe even make a stop through Knoxville and Neyland Stadium while they were here. Ashley and her family were wonderful guests, took great care of the property, and were always kind and positive in their messages. We would happily host them again anytime and truly appreciate them choosing our home for their family getaway.

We had a great time at Keener Hollow! We vacationed with friends for three nights so our families could mountain bike and hike around Knoxville during spring break. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room, plus so many fun extras to keep the kiddos entertained. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The outdoor space was incredible and felt secluded. Even with 10 people, there was plenty of space to hang out together or spread out around the house and property. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals. You can tell that the host was very intentional about creating a lovely home for others to enjoy— and we certainly did!

Thank you so much for this awesome review. It really means a lot to us. I’m glad you all had such a great spring break trip and got to take advantage of everything around the Knoxville area. The mountain biking and hiking out here are hard to beat, so it sounds like you guys made the most of it. It’s great to hear the hot tub and game room were a hit, especially with the kids. We really tried to create a space that works well for families and larger groups, where everyone can hang out together but still have room to spread out when needed. I’m also happy the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and enjoy meals together. That’s always a big part of a good trip. We put a lot of time and thought into the design, cleanliness, and overall feel of the home, so hearing that it felt comfortable, clean, and intentional means a lot. One of our favorite things about the property is that it feels private and tucked away, but you’re still close to Knoxville and all the outdoor activities. We’d love to have you all back anytime, whether it’s for another mountain biking trip, a hiking weekend, or just a relaxing getaway in East Tennessee. The home was perfect to get ready for our daughter’s wedding! Location worked as it was close to the venue in Maryville and family staying in Pigeon Forge. The game room was excellent with a pool table and record player. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor space was the BEST with a hot tub and sauna. I’d recommend bug spray since it isn’t screened. With 3 TVs outside, there was plenty of entertainment aside from the games. Jason communicated often and suggested things to do. The house manual provided online was an excellent resource for shopping, dining, etc. We’d definitely stay again when in the area!

Hi, I’m Jason. I’m someone who cares deeply about creating memorable experiences for others, whether that’s through travel, great conversation, or thoughtful hospitality. I love health and fitness, exploring new places, learning from different people, and building businesses that make life better for the people they serve. Keener Hollow is my second business, and it grew out of my passion for designing spaces that bring families together and help them make the most of their time away. I believe in living fully, eating well, enjoying good company, and making every trip count. I’m excited to host you and hope your stay here adds something meaningful to your life and the memories you create.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home has been part of my family since the 1960s. It was passed down through generations, and it holds some of the best memories of my childhood. I grew up spending time here, exploring the property, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and experiencing the simple, meaningful moments that only a place like this can give you.

The views, the quiet setting, and the closeness to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountains have always made this area special to me. When I took over the home, I wanted to preserve everything that made it so unforgettable for my family — and open the door for others to experience that same feeling.

My goal is to share this place with guests who appreciate privacy, nature, connection, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after the trip is over. I hope this home becomes a part of your story the same way it has been part of mine.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Keener Hollow stands apart because it offers something that’s surprisingly hard to find in this area: true privacy, modern amenities, and a peaceful setting within minutes of the region’s most popular attractions.

The home sits on two wooded acres, giving guests room to breathe, unwind, and reconnect without neighbors close by. A 135-foot, 10-foot-tall privacy fence lines the back of the property, creating a secluded outdoor space that feels quiet and comfortable no matter what time of year you visit.

The 700-square-foot deck is the centerpiece of the home, featuring a large outdoor sectional, dual ceiling fans, two mounted TVs, a dining area, and a covered hot tub with its own television. Just steps away is a private electric sauna, offering a spa-level experience you won’t find in most rentals. Every element of the outdoor space was intentionally designed to be a place where families and friends gather, relax, and enjoy being together.

Inside, everything is updated and newly furnished, blending modern comfort with warm, welcoming design. The layout is ideal for multi-generation groups, with multiple sleeping areas, a full game room, and plenty of room to spread out.

Another key advantage is location. Keener Hollow is close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Townsend, and the University of Tennessee, yet sits far enough outside the busiest areas to avoid the traffic, noise, and crowds common in the main tourist zones. Guests get the best of both worlds: quick access to the top attractions without being surrounded by rows of identical cabins or feeling like they’re packed into a resort community.

Everything here—from the outdoor setup to the interior design—was built new or fully updated with quality, comfort, and guest experience in mind. Keener Hollow isn’t a cookie-cutter rental; it’s a thoughtfully crafted, private retreat created for travelers who want both convenience and a place that truly feels like a getaway.
