We are Rega Stays and we want to welcome to our trendy, newly remodeled WALK-IN studio condo in Branson, right next to SDC! With 2 queen beds, our condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests, making it the perfect retreat for small families. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful newly remodeled condo.
Come relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
The kitchenette includes a medium sized fridge, microwave, portable burner and other small kitchen appliances.
This Rega Stays condo also has a seasonal swimming pool (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates).
Just outside by the pool you will also find a BBQ grill and plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the outdoors with your family and friends.
This condo is also located right next to Silver Dollar City, the area's most popular theme park! You'll have easy access to all the fun and excitement of the park via a shuttle that picks you up right at your doorstep, and you can come back to your comfortable and stylish condo at the end of the day. Experience the ultimate convenience and avoid the traffic that can often back up for miles when entering SDC from Branson proper.

We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 40 conds, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.
*Please note: Resort amenities are managed by the resort administration and their availability cannot be guaranteed by the host. Refunds can not be offered if the amenities are closed by the resort maintenance.
*No boat or trailer parking on-site but we do have an agreement with a local business right next door for our guests to park in their gated area for $15/night. Please ask for more details.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.
First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!
Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 3 to 22 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (22), a singer (20), a softball/socialite (13), two baseball players (10 & 11), a gymnast (9) and âthe bossâ (4).
After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! â€ïž Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.
We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.
We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage over 40!
We hope that you will visit us and that it will become a tradition for you just as It has for us. From our family to yours, may God bless you with Peace, Love, Health, and Memories of a lifetime from your stay in Branson!
