Inside the condo, you'll find a bright and thoughtfully designed space. The modern kitchen features black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers—perfect for brewing your morning cup before heading out. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four, then kick back on the comfortable futon and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Before the evening comes to an end, head out to your private balcony, where peaceful creek views create a perfect backdrop for coffee, conversation, or quiet reflection.



Just beyond your door, the best of Branson is within easy reach. Spend your days discovering downtown’s shops, restaurants, and live shows, or take a scenic boat ride on Lake Taneycomo. For outdoor adventure, explore hiking trails, fishing spots, or take a trip to Silver Dollar City or Table Rock Lake. No matter your style of getaway, Creek View Near the Landing puts you close to everything while offering a serene home base to return to.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a full size futon in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.



This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 12 steps required.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.

• Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creekside Near the Landing. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined listing composed of both condos, Creekside Duo Near the Landing, to grant access to both.

• Portable crib provided.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
