Very friendly host, place was very clean and in great location. Loved that the place had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs - although we didn't use them, it was nice that we had the option to use them. Would definitely stay here again.

This was such a lovely stay! The property is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. We loved spending time chilling on the balcony. We loved being beachfront (and there are beach rentals and amenities available right out the door of the property). Daniel was a great host and we loved Maritza the property manager.

The hosts were very accommodating. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star was not the owners fault. It was the water restriction during the week from the city.

The host was amazing. Our flight was delayed and we did not get in until late and she was always easy to get a hold of. We enjoyed our stay and had the best view of the new years fire works. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants and stores.

From start to finish, this stay was absolutely amazing. The communication was clear, quick, and seamless, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is unbeatable — truly oceanfront with beautiful views and easy access to everything in Isla Verde.The apartment itself felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the privacy and security of the building, which made us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay.Maritza, who was in charge, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, kind, and always available if we had any questions.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be booking again — we already can’t wait to come back!

We had a quick 2 night stay at this condo and it was fabulous! Everything we needed was in walking distance. We loved that we had direct access to the beach and felt very secure with only having access to our condo/grounds with key fobs. Having both a washer and dryer in our unit was very nice! plenty of towels/linens. The beds were SO comfortable! My only complaint and it was very manageable, was that for a condo that fits 10 people, they only had one parking spot available. It was not a huge deal as there was parking at the walgreens across the street for 5 per day. So we unloaded at the front doors and then parked our car. We had some trouble with the lock on the door( we found out it was a low/dead battery) on the deadbolt and the owners were there and fixed the problem all while we were at dinner. Great customer service. 9.9 stay out of 10! (again only missing the 10 due to the parking, which wasn't a huge deal at all!) Thank you so much for our great stay! We would/probably will, book here again someday!
