Notre nouvel appartement Penthouse a été récemment acquis et rénové dans un style très contemporain, tout en conservant une atmosphère de plage. Asseyez-vous pour le petit déjeuner sur notre grande terrasse donnant sur la plage d'Isla Verde et l'océan Atlantique. Préparez le dîner dans notre fabuleuse nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme et de superbes comptoirs en quartz blanc stellaire. Les équipements comprennent les éléments suivants:
-Trois chambres joliment aménagées, toutes avec télévision connectée et service de câble.
-Trois salles de bains récemment rénovées, deux dans la chambre et une dans le salon
-Laveuse et sécheuse au deuxième niveau, près des chambres
-État du magazine d'art digne d'une nouvelle cuisine, avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz blanc stellaire.
Les appareils électroménagers comprennent: réfrigérateur de style porte française, four mural et micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson en verre et tous les petits appareils électroménagers habituels dans une cuisine de cette catégorie, comme cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain, etc.
-Le salon intérieur est composé d'un espace de divertissement télévisé avec un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces enfermé dans un beau fascia et une table à manger ronde en verre pour 6 à 8 personnes.
-Le salon extérieur est composé d'une belle terrasse donnant sur l'océan avec une table pour 6 personnes, des sièges modulables et des tabourets de bar.
-KItchen se connecte à la terrasse via une porte et également à travers une grande fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur un comptoir de bar, parfait pour le divertissement.
-C'est un appartement de rêve qui rendrait vos vacances à Porto Rico vraiment inoubliables !!!
-Si vous souhaitez sortir de l'appartement et louer une voiture, ce Penthouse est livré avec une place de parking réservée avec accès direct au garage, et à proximité des ascenseurs.

Sister's trip birthday celebration

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed and more! Loved having a private parking space so we could decide if we wanted to explore PR on our own in our rental or Uber to areas we knew parking would be scarce. The view and the entire property were exactly as pictured. Thanks for having us!!!

Beautiful week in IslaVerde, Puerto Rico

This as a spacious and very clean property with an awesome deck overlooking the ocean! The owner (Annie) was always very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing beachfront condo!!

From the moment the door open to this condo, the beauty was so amazing!!!! Light fills the condo from the amazing balcony which opens up through the living room, bringing the outdoor space indoors!! Very private patio so you feel like you’re the only ones there when you’re enjoying it! We loved that all the bedrooms were all ocean facing! The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had! Unforgettable memories made here!!

Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location to beach & pool, as well as other sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. The unit includes 2 parking spaces which was perfect for us. We would have wished for another fob as there were only 2 for a 3 bedroom place and with 6 adults going different directions at different times, it made it slightly cumbersome to coordinate vacation schedules and ensure no one is locked out but we made it work. This is not the only 3 bedroom we have run into this logistic. It's manageable.Overall loved our stay and will consider returning if we have a large group.

Just Stay!

There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room!! Within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Close to the airport. Wonderful place right on the beach!

Holiday getaway

This condo was as described and clean. Everyone had privacy, but the large patio, living room and dining table was perfect for our time together. Easy access to the pool and beach. The area had several restaurants, Walgreens and grocery store nearby.The building is overall well maintained and we felt safe. Being on vacation during an island wide blackout wasn’t part of the plan, but the condo had lanterns and the elevators and garage worked from the generator.

Annie and the view are the real stars

We have stayed in Annie’s penthouse a couple times before. We especially love the spacious balcony overlooking Playa Isla Verde, the attractive decor and the spaciousness to accommodate our family, as well as the convenience of the third bathroom. This visit we stayed over the 2024 Christmas holiday. As always, we enjoyed the prime location, beautiful ocean views and comfy beds. We had some WiFi issues that also affected catching some holiday football we wanted to watch and reached out to Annie. She came to the penthouse right away and got it taken care of. She mentioned that she may add a booster to improve the WiFi, which I think will be a big help. We have stayed at many beautiful short term rentals in our travels and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a caring and responsive host. Annie is clearly dedicated to making her units comfortable and her guests happy. Annie, you are a sweetheart and we appreciate your hospitality!

Amazing location

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Overall, it is great, but I can tell that it needs a little bit of upkeep. During the storm, some of the walls were leaking. Of the ACs was also leaking water if we had it turned on for longer than 30 minutes or so. It was once again, a great experience, but the unit could use a little bit more maintenance to prevent it from further deteriorating.

Nice Property and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time in the penthouse as we had activities planned almost every day. However, place is nice and comfortable for 8 people (3 bedrooms and 3 full baths). The host provided with plenty of towels, beach chairs, football, and some basic bathroom supplies. The beach is down the elevator. It was nice to wake up to such an amazing view. The washer was not working but once I reported it, the host send a technician to fix it. It took a couple of days but it was fixed.

Family Vacation

This place was beautiful. Spacious for my family of 8. Location was close to everything you would need. The only things that were inconvenient was that the washer did not work (rinse and spin cycle) we stayed for 8 days and after a couple of days we needed to wash bath towels and we couldn’t. I notified Val just to let her know. I also wish there were more keys and fobs, with so many adults wanting to do their own things, not enough keys to go around. But overall I would recommend this place 100%. Sincerely Sandra R.

Terrible, Caution, condo is not as pictured

Our experience was less than acceptable, when we arrived I was beyond dissatisfied and gravely disappointed and immediately took pictures of everything, but nowhere to load pictures here The front door gate does not always work and the door locks are not secure (loose) and would be easy to break in if someone wanted to enter the property. The side door to the balcony cannot be used as it does not shut completely unless you pull it in hard and lock it from the inside despite doing this, I found it open several times. The balcony railing is unsafe as it is almost rusted completed through in 4 of the 5 support rales, and unsafe for anyone with children. Half of the lights throughout the penthouse do not work and there are no bulbs to attempt to replace them The couch is dirty/worn/stained The fridge/freezer is rusted the ice/water dispenser does not work and the alerts are on for all the filters (air/water) The closet doors are not able to be opened in any of the rooms, the ceiling leaks, the washer is rusted and smells terrible, the dryer is literally on top of the washer and in the ceiling and you have to use a step stool to put clothes in it. The blinds are falling apart and cannot be opened to enjoy the view, the other windows in the bedrooms are filthy, and can barely see out of them. The kitchen cabinets fall off when you try to open several of them and the cabinets are filthy inside, the one above the fridge is completely gone. See review done in June.

Caution! Condo not as Depicted!!

Pictures provided on VRBO do not accurately depict condition of this property. Pictures of the beautiful beach are the only consistent ones. I have accurate photos. If this condo is truly "Fully Renovated" as advertised on VRBO, I would hate to have seen it prior to renovation. Time for a true overhaul. The kitchen cabinet door above the refrigerator is missing, others don't close properly. Ants abound around floorboards into the dining area. Closet door covering the cleaning supplies is broken, there is a stinky mop contained therein. Living room furniture is old & stained & rug shown in the pictures is missing. Outdoor furniture is missing both the chaise lounge & small table shown in pictures. Bedding on all beds is different than shown in the pictures (not as elegant). Mattresses & pillows are in desperate need of replacement. Frankly they were disgusting, uncomfortable & the master was extremely old. Rusty washer & dryer. There are thin metal plates on the room doors which are peeling back & quite sharp, a safety hazard to be sure. Large roll down shade in master bedroom is broken & stuck in down position which makes it so you cannot enjoy the only nice feature this condo has, the beach view. To be fair, property manager did advise they were waiting for an opportune time between renters to replace the shade. However, we were not made aware prior to arrival. How long does it take to replace a shade, really? The building & grounds are horribly run down. Not as advertised!

AMAZING

The location is PERFECT! You can arrange for any activity you would want to do on the beach or in very close proximity. Our family went on the banana boat, rented jet skis, booked a private fishing tour, snorkel trip and went zipping in the rain forrest. (this was further away). Annie’s list of things to do is extensive and has A LOT of great recommendations. We checked in late and appreciated the accommodations made for us. We also used the grocery shopping offered by Val (co-host). This was FANTASTIC given we arrived at 1:30 AM. Having coffee and other much needed food items was phenomenal! Now into the Penthouse! We had four individuals in our group. The layout was perfect a bedroom for each of our adult and teenage kids and ourselves. We never once felt crowded and loved the balcony so very much! The people in the building are also very helpful and friendly. The beach is steps away and pool great if you need to swim laps or cool off and relax. I could literally go in FOREVER on how much we loved this rental. I look forward to staying at any of Annie’s properties again!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Our kids had so much fun on the beach swimming and boogie boarding. We often rented chairs but the boogie boards and cooler were convenient for use. They also did provide some beach chairs. The house was clean. The furniture out on the balcony and the main couch could use some updating but overall we were pleased with our stay!

They need to do a better job with the cleaning. The cabinets were falling apart. The patio furniture that is also falling apart. The shades in the bedrooms did not go up or down. Location was great. It was nice to have parking.

Very nice condo. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. There were lots of beach and bath towels, but we could have used a few more hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels. It would be nice to have more towel bars in the bathrooms, toilet paper holders, robe hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors and mattress pads on the beds. The AC units in the bedrooms worked well, but the one in the living room leaked so we kept a pail under it the 2 times we used it. Kitchen was well stocked although we really only used it for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to come back.

Wonderful First Visit To Puerto Rico

Lovely, spacious 2 level beach view penthouse apartment adjacent to and with easy access to Isla Verde beach. Great patio overlooking the beach. Walking distance to fine dining options and easy access to casinos in nearby hotels. Very close to airport and Old San Juan and convenient access to tour of El Yunque National Rain Forest.

THe unique benefits of this property is that the location is excellent to either stay on the beach, or to explore the old city, but it is also near major highways if you want to venture farther out to Fajardo's Bio Bay, or to the rain forest, via highway 66, or If you want to go south you can easily connect to Highway 52 or to the west, through Highway 22.
