Let NOLA hideaway be your New Orleans Home! This comfortable one bedroom apartment is steps away from all the fun of the French Quarter and Marigny neighborhoods while being tucked away in an urban oasis of a small living complex.
This second floor condo features amazing architectural details New Oleans is know for including exposed brick, and wrought iron handrails on the balcony. Be a New Orleanian for a few days or plan to stay longer!
The Space:
The condo is well-appointed with a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning basics, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a full gas range.
In a City known for its food, some get inspired to try their hands at an amazing New Orleans recipe. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials to make a simple meal. Convenience appliances stocked include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, silverware, cups, plates, and bowls are stocked for your use! Coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer are also stocked for your convenience.
Relax after a long day of exploring or have an easy morning waking up in the comfortable king bed adorned with plush, hypoallergenic bedding, a smart TV, and easy access to the attached bathroom. Enjoy the beverage of your choice (coffee, wine, or something else!) on the private outdoor patio, or be social and dine at one of the wrought iron tables in the shared courtyard.
A comfortable three-piece bathroom connects to both the bedroom and living room, giving excellent access. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Iron, and ironing board are all stocked for your use! Enjoy a nice shower or soak in the bathtub.
The living room has ample seating for lounging or relaxing. Take your pick from enjoying TV on the sofa or putting on a New Orleans jazz vinyl on the record player in the seating area.
Guest Access:
Guests must be able to independently navigate through a courtyard and up one flight of stairs. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.
The unit is located upstairs in the back of the historic building. Guests will have full private access to the condo while renting. They will have access to a semiprivate courtyard that is shared with other guests of the six-unit condo complex.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is on the second floor of a historic building. Guests must be able to independently navigate a corridor, courtyard, and one flight of stairs to enter the apartment with their luggage. No elevators are on site. This unit is not wheelchair accessible.
Street parking is available on the blocks around the unit. There is a 2-hour residential zone directly in front of the home to allow you to unload. Paid lots are within a few blocks of the unit as well.
