Self check-in makes arrival simple, and driveway parking is available on-site.

Public dock access is available at the local Boat House near Lake Athens.

The gym equipment is available for guest use. Please use responsibly and at your own risk.

Only dogs are allowed due to owner allergies. Please include your dog in your booking details. Additional cleaning fees may apply, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

For stays longer than 6 weeks, a professional cleaning is required every 30 days at the guest’s expense.

Each extended stay (28 days+) requires a simple rental agreement between host and guest.
